This bag is going with me to the Lofoton Islands of Norway. I'll be able to carry two mirrorless camera bodies, three lenses, batteries, filters and a few other essentials comfortably. I really like being able to secure the back straps.

I have had the computrekker 400 for more than 15 years from lowepro and used it in rains ,dusty environment, different parts of world and it always protected my equipment. It was sturdy , water proof and convenient to use. With the same expectation, I purchased the BP 450 AW II backpack. Design is good , I can fit my equipment inside comfortably. I prefer the older curved design over the current boxy model. This is apparently made of recycled material. However, the main pain point is that stitching quality has come down. There were loose threads and stitches finish is poor. After a short duration , even stitches inside handle became loose. I changed the bag and replacement had same issues. The other bags in stock at store had same issue. I got this from authorised dealer in India . My friends in other parts of world also described quality issues with lowepro backpacks recently. I have been Adorama customer since 2001 . Wonder if American stock also has same issue. I am not getting confidence that the backpack will hold in the field and these issues are popping up within a year.

I own 3 Lowepro bags with this being my main bag for travel. The straps are supportive, amply padded and don't struggle under the weight of a full professional mirrorless kit. The strap cubbies are nice when stowing in over head compartments or under a seat on a plane. It's large enough to fit 2 mirrorless bodies (with grips) 70-200 2.8 24-702.8, 85 1.8, 50 1.8, 2 speed lights and various filters, cables and clothes in the lower compartment. It will fit a laptop but I don't use the front pockets for much other than a grey card, color calibrator and a pen but it has plenty of space for a tablet and other odds and ends. The removable waste belt is well padded and a nice addition. The customizable tripod strap system is a well thought out system similar to Molle but takes less time to customize. The additional storage on the side can be used as a drink holder or rain jacket holder (my typical use) This bag has sen thousands of miles in planes trains and on my back. With over 5 years of solids service Lowepro has and will maintain my business.
