Plug and play! I love magewell. I don't think you need to buy a 4K one, because if you're using a teradek or even coming out of the camera, you can always drop res- which is going to be better for your stream anyways.

When another company was unable to fulfil the order for three Magewells needed to make our cameras adaptable to our computer, Adorama and only Adorama was able to immediately fill the order and shipped them overnight. Long a customer of Adorama once again they have shown why they are the leader in the industry. Thank you!

Very good product! We are using for the church.
This compact dongle allows you to easily import an SDI signal into your computer for streaming or recording, providing a straightforward method for linking cameras, switchers, and other broadcast equipment. It's compatible with Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome OS, and it doesn't require any additional software or drivers to start using it right away, making this an out-of-the-box solution to your video connectivity needs.
This unit supports both input and output resolutions up to 1080p. And you can connect any 3G/HD/SD-SDI source to the dongle using the included miniature coax connector; A USB 3.0 cable is included too for embedded audio. If you need to stream at a lower resolution than your camera feed is giving you, you can adjust parameters in the dialog window and downscale (or upscale), adjust brightness, deinterlace, and otherwise modify your input feed to match your processor's capabilities.
