This Nitrotech N12 video head is an innovation you need. Featuring a nitrogen-piston mechanism instead of stepped counterbalance levels, this head's counterbalance can be adjusted to by feel to perfectly suit the drag needs of your setup. The 75mm flat-base head is versatile as well as functional, ready to work with a half-ball adapter if you opt to use other tripods, sliders, cranes, or other setups. The camera mounting plate locks in from the side and you can adjust the exact locking point for easier balancing. There's also an illuminated bubble level at the rear of the head, which lets you see at a glance whether your camera is perfectly level or not before locking things into place. Additionally, thanks to the 3/8" Easy Link Connector built into the side of the head, you can mount your monitor, light, or other accessories directly onto the head to avoid loading up the camera or the main camera mount.
