I appreciate the effort customer service put forth to get my Microsoft Office 2024 installed on my computer. I was disappointed that it took over a week. Customer service was diligent on helping me resolved the problems. Thank you for your service.

I purchased the license with the expectation that the download would be made available in a timely manner. After 2.5 hours, I contacted customer support and was told it would take 24-48 hours. I had an immediate need and asked for the order to be cancelled. I then purchased and received it elsewhere. An hour later, I received an email with the license key from a 3rd party vendor. I tried to return it but was told only customer service could do that. After numerous emails with customer service, I was told I had to keep it. I asked them to please put a warning on their website so somebody else doesn't get taken advantage of.

This was a great opportunity to own the MS office suite rather than renting it. A little confusing about getting and downloading it but probably my inexperience. Very happy

The product key worked perfectly, and Adorama had it for a great price. For some reason, it was backordered for a few days. I don't suggest buying here if you need it right away.

Incredibly confusing installation. The only thing you get is a card with the product key. You still have to download MS Office 2024 through their website. While downloading it said I did not have the authority to do it. Then, it displayed MS 365 downloading. Looks like it is installed in my computer under the name of MS Office 365. I still don't know if I have the right program!
