Does everything I had expected and more. Excellent quality pictures. No problems. I live 400' from a large river and am interested in photographing life animal & bird life along the river along with tow boats and barges in the 400 - 600' distance. I work from a upstairs window providing a great view of the river and am very happy with the telephoto ad on.

I was a little disappointed with the results. The Lumix FZ cameras don't do well in low light situations to start with. This converter compromises matters even further. However, considering the low cost, it's good to have for those times when you need to capture wildlife from a distance. There's no other way to achieve this focal length without spending mega-bucks on a dslr. The FZ100 requires an adapter which is sold separately
