I use manual focus with focus peaking for macro, so having a manual lenses isn't an issue. Optically very good. Definitely worth the money.

Lens is manual focus and you'll have to set the "shoot without lens" option on to use it. As a macro lens, it works very well - my initial output has been very satisfactory. As a portrait lens, I really do like the effect wide open at f/2.8 - nice narrow depth of field. I was torn over this lens - I have the very wide angle Rokinon as well and had to get a couple of them before I got one that was good (manufacturing quality can vary). This lens was perfect on the first copy. I'm sure the Fuji macro is a great lens - but the Rokinon wins on price and value for money.

I was looking for a 100mm macro lens for my Fuji XT2 and this fix the bill. This lens is fantastic! Nice click aperture ring and a smooth focus ring. Beautiful manual focus lens this lens is a beast.

Macro is mainly manual, and Fuji doesn't yet have such a lens. This one weighs a lot, but hand-holding not a problem. VERY smooth macro focusing; obviously Rokinon worked on this.

A wonderful lens with true 1:1 macro capabilities. Stopped down a stop or two sharpens the image up really well. It's a larger lens than I originally thought, but balances well on an X-Pro2 and I haven't had a problem with hand shake. A 3rd-party collar mount would be a good idea though. Recommended!

I have had the Rokinon 100mm macro lens for about two months. It is the second Rokinon I have bought. The build quality is very good and I place its performance right up there with my more expensive Fuji X glass.

I use it for Macro photography. The best results are obtained using tripod with device to move the lenses since the neat details required manual focusing. Good product!

Home in on close-up subjects with the 100mm f/2.8 Macro Lens from Rokinon, which affords life-size 1:1 magnification along with a minimum focusing distance of 1'. This manual focus portrait-length lens also incorporates one high refractive index element and one extra-low dispersion element into its design to reduce chromatic aberrations and distortions throughout the focusing range.
An Ultra Multi-Coating has also been applied to minimize flare and ghosting for increase contrast and color neutrality. A long focal length lens with close focusing abilities and a high magnification ratio, this macro lens is ideal for making close-up, detailed images of nearby subjects.
