Nearly perfect lav

Perfect sound and profile for a lav mic, I departed between these and the DPA. I have no regrets. The sanken’s are that versatile! Can’t recommend them enough.

A great lav mic!

These mics are amazing. I've used Tram TR-50 and Voice Technologies VT-506 mics and the COS-11D - being a top address mic - just allows for so many more positioning options. The rubber mount it comes with is nice because it keeps sticky residue from sticky mounts off the mic. The cable is plenty long enough to route all the way down to an ankle-mounted transmitter.

Sanken has introduced the COS-11D, which overcomes RFI (radio frequency interference) from the digital transmitter. In today's wireless transmission systems the microphone must remain unaffected by new forms of digital transmitter signals. They present new challenges in the area of emission protection. In many cases, noise levels increase and the S/N ratio is deteriorated by the interference of digital transmitters. Sanken has designed the COS-11D specifically to diminish the instances where interference is an issue.
