Great for shoulder rigs
I love this bit of kit! When I built my Z Cam E2 S6 shoulder rig, I used a few random peices to mount my monitor but had to remove it and unplug everything to get the rig to fit in my portabrace bag. With this mount and some better cable management, I can fold it in to the body of the rig and it fits right in the bag. I love the flexibility of the design and it seems to be pretty sturdy.
