Very bad service
Very bad service.I didn't receive the order.Its been more than a week under investigation.No response.Should have bought something else from Amazon At least the they will show some accountability.Worst experience.

Top?Tier Sound, No Regrets
The XM5s are honestly the best headphones I've used so far. I went from store to store trying to figure out which pair to buy, but a friend recommended these, and the moment I tried them, they went straight into my cart. The sound quality is unreal, especially the bass and noise cancelling. So cool.

Average sound quality
Sound not much good as expected, comfort very good.
Tried with mobile and TV connection and the sound is low not same as wired headsets

XM5 review
I bought this 3 days ago and don't regret buying it the bass is amazing you can adjust the settings by using the Equaliser the headset is comfortable and also has touch control on the right side of the headphones.

Amazing headphones!
I've only had these a week and I'm amazed at house good they are. The noise cancelling is incredible and makes for such a good listening experience. I also really like the features such as removing your headphones puts the music on pause, and it automatically continues when you put them back on. Also one hand over your right ear will temporarily lower the volume of what's playing so you can hear what's going on around you. The ONLY downside I found is using them at the gym, and kind of activity that involves arms moving against headset can skip song etc, as controls are touch sensitive.
I love them and sooooo glad I bought them!

Love them!
I bought my Sony headphones about a month ago and I can honestly say they are the best headphones I have ever owned. The ANC is incredible and truly blocks out the surrounding noise. The mobile app is great too and offers useful features and customisation options. I am extremely happy with my new headphones. The only small downside is the black colour because it tends to show fingerprints easily, especially greasy ones. Apart from that, they are absolutely brilliant.

Strong Features, Serious Structural Concerns
I purchased these headphones during the Black Friday sale and was initially impressed with their performance. Upon testing, I found them to be lightweight with a secure fit and exceptional active noise cancellation capabilities. The overall sound quality and design met my expectations.
However, within one week of use, I noticed a hairline fracture developing on the ear cup. Upon investigation, I discovered this appears to be a widespread manufacturing defect, with numerous user reports documenting similar issues. Given the prevalence of this problem, I made the difficult decision to return the headphones rather than risk receiving another pair with the same defect.
While the product offers good value for the price point, the structural integrity issue is a significant concern that warrants resolution before purchase. Potential buyers should be aware that the durability of this model remains questionable until the manufacturing defect is addressed.

Good but an annoying issue
Typically very good, excellent noise cancelling and sound quality. No build quality issues so far. The ability to connect to 2 devices at once is useful
The only thing that I think let's them down is there is annoying issue where the headphones will occasionally disconnect from devices/turn off. Seems to be a common issue which I have not found a solution for

Great value headphones
I boought this item a couple of weeks ago and very pleased with it.
For me, a comfortable fit on the head and over the ears.
Exterior sound is well muffled and i like the balance of bass and treble and find listening to music very pleasing, as is listening to people speaking, such as in a podcast.
I got a good deal on the headphones via Richer Sounds and think the headphones are excellent value for money.

They are bad headphones . Within a month they start to peel off . The one year warranty doesn't cover because they said it's cosmetic .

Not worth the price.
Pretty much exactly the same as my old XM3 which is now about 5 years old. Not any better sound, noise cancelling is similar. Case is worse.

Best ANC headphones

Comfortable and Lightweight Design

Great product which ticks all my requirements
Bought XM5 recently and so far very happy with it. Highlights are lightweight design and super-comfortable wear feel, top notch ANC, superb microphone quality. Also, the usability is great with touch panel on right earcup which features all needed controls. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top notch headphones. The only gripe is they cannot be folded compact unlike old XM4 or new XM6 but not a big deal for me.

They were great until they weren't
The headphones worked flawlessly for about 22 months. I was very happy with the sound quality, the battery life and the comfort. I'd use these at my desk daily for work and the microphone was great for conference calls. Then after less than 2 years the headset just snapped. They weren't dropped or thrown or anything more than just placed back on the table and snapped. I was shocked that this expensive of headphones would fall apart in that short of a time period. My older XM3 and XM4 models lasted much longer than these.
