I own 2 of these and 2 more similar Sunpak models (622, which is too heavy and used strickly with umbrellas. I use these mostly for wedding work with MF equipment, both as key lights as well as fill. The handle is a major treat for working with hand held MF and waist-level viewfinder. They'll eat up your batteries pretty quickly, except the new "Duracel Ultra" which I have found to be far more efficient and durable. Major disadvantage is that the head is not in line with the lens and creates a larger shadow if you don't bounce off the ceiling.

I have purchased two. I use them on location portrait shoots with lightweight tripods and umbrellas. I use them for wedding photography as well. Terrific output and very simple to use. Coupled with a TTL adapter for both my RZ 67 Pro, as well as my Canon Eos, it is a must have on any photo shoot. I have never been dissapointed with this product.

I use this primarily as a slave flash for skateboarding photography. It works great and takes abuse.
