This harness is quite useful insofar as it disperses the weight of a heavy telephoto lens when attached to the belt.

Similarly to my review of the belt, the harness is wonderful. The only issues that keep it from 5 stars are that the cell phone pouch is too small to hold an iPhone 12promax. The second issue, which is the largest one, is when you wear the harness for a while, the back of the harness will tend to slide up towards the back of your neck and the material will irritate that area rather painfully. In the fall and winter when we typically wear heavier clothing that won't be too much of an issue, if you wear it in the summer or live in warmer climates it will become a painful issue.

I'll start off by saying , I feel think tank is an extension of our business. The new adjustments made on v3 make this harness awesome. Very comfortable and makes it easy to wear holding 20 lbs of gear for some of my 10-15 hour long days. A colleague asked me to help him figure out (brand X) harness. It gave me a close look how other companies make their harnesses. Think Tank makes it simple and rugged. It's as if they made it especially for me. Don't mess around this company is legit!!!

Extremely comfortable and lightweight. I use this underneath a light coat or a raincoat and it basically makes my equipment disappear. Easily retrieved lenses and camera so much better than carrying a shoulder bag.

Should have added this to my kit years ago. Have several different Think Tank belt system components - including a belt. I've tended to limit what I carry on the belt because too much weight makes it uncomfortable. But the Racing Harness really improved my ability to load up the belt and remain comfortable when I carry.

Every other reviewer has mentioned all the great features of the harness so I won't repeat them.The problem with this harness is the lock of a padded collar. The weight of the camera equipment moves the vest down and forward so it rubs on the back of your neck. I would suggest putting a very small microfiber cloth on the vest where it touches the back of your neck.

seems to fit well, though I think the D-rings should be placed a little lower on the straps, but that is just a personal opinion. I ended up making my own attachment straps for my camera, since Think Tank has been out of stock on their Camera Support Straps for months.

Bought the harness. belt and two holsters. Very well made and Really like them - very convenient other than when sitting down, one must adjust the belt/holsters. The Harness is very helpful in not having to keep adjusting the belt w/2 holsters - acts as suspenders. These will last for years!

I’ve had the belt system for about a decade, but just recently got the harness due to the dwindling mass of my ‘old guy’ rump not being able to hold up the belt (under full weight) like it used to. Trotting up and down sidelines, golf courses, etc. found me pulling up the belt constantly. The harness has stopped all that, as well as allowing me to keep the belt cinched a bit looser. Much more comfortable and functional for me.

I purchased the Pixel Racing Harness to use in conjunction with my Think Tank "Pro Speed Belt" v3.0. It really gives added support to the speed belt and allows me to care more gear with less effort! I love it and highly recommend it!

The item does many of the things a backpack does and, if there isn't a lot of gear, it's much cooler in the summer than a backpack

Great product if you use a speed belt with a bunch of pouches on it. I am able to attach my Peak Design Capture clip to the left strap so I can mount my camera there while walking or working with clients.

The really best way to carry your equipment : ThinkTank Harness V3.0 with Speed Pro Belt V3.0 and Modular Skin Set and Little Stuff It. I just came back from a convention and have all my equipment from 5h30Am to 7:00PM and no pain at all !!! Believe me, try it and you will adopt it right away !
