Intelligent batteries, such as RED Bricks, Blueshape, Switronix, PAG, and others utilizing SMBUS or reversed SMBUS, will enable the module to communicate percentage data and estimated run time. Meanwhile, non-SMBUS batteries, including some IDX and other cost-effective options, will provide voltage data to the camera through the module.
