I bought the 5 blade version and it is awesome! WIDE and CLOSE focusing. I can rest the VERY small lens shade on a surface and photograph everything from 1/4 inch away to infinity. I HAVE to get close to anything smaller than a building to get it any reasonable size in the frame. 
ONLY drawback is NO electronics. If/when Canon releases interface specs, I will buy THAT version too!
