The Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (ISSL) System securely repositions the central column in one simple movement, in just a few seconds, while maintaining the tripod's stability. When the central column is set in an angled position, a Quick Adjustment lever lock makes pivoting the central column simple, flip the lock open, rotate the column to the desired position and flip the lock closed.
