Great (heavy) Tripod; Marginal Head

Purchased to support a 15-pound view camera. The tripod does a fine job with it, but the PH-50 is incapable of locking the camera at an angle without creeping to near-vertical position. This tripod-head combo would work fine with a large digital camera, but if you're a large-formal film photographer look elsewhere,
