A few months ago I purchased a new rifle and selected a Vortex scope and rings. After hunting a few days, I realized the scope was wobbly. Upon inspection, I saw the clamp and nut had come loose on the mount for the base. I believe I didn?t tighten them down enough and I know I did not put any thread lock on it. I called Vortex and explained the situation. They sent me new scope rings at no cost along with a free hat. I received them 3 days after I called Vortex. They went above and beyond. Will buy my next scope from them again. Also, I have a pair of their binos that I love.

Originally mounted on a 6.5 Creedmoor with a Weaver style rail. Worked great with no issues! Decided to upgrade the scope on the 6.5. Now mounted on an AR-15 with a picatinny rail. Working great with no issues!

Bought last week and doesn’t fit. They are really loose on a weaver rail. WILL NOT FIT. Worked pine on a standard 1913 pic rail

I bought the vortex strike Eagle to go on my Remington 700 and used the 30 mm hunter rings to mount it. I used the proper amount of torque using my wheeler torque wrench and the first 5 shots were fine. After about 10 rounds of 30-06 I noticed that my p.o.i was changing about 3 inches then 10 more rounds and I wasn’t even on the 10 inch steel gong at all at 100 yards. I realized that my scope was sliding back. I have a set of 1 inch hunter rings on a .243 that I only shoot a couple times a year and have worked so far, but if I feel like you are shooting more then you should with something else that can handle recoil

I purchased these rings to pair with my Viper HS 4-16x44 rifle scope. They secured it in place and have held zero for years now. The fit is perfect and the finish exceeded my expectations. Great rings for the money.
