Xbox live and Gamepass codes were already redeemmed by someone before I was able to. The seal on the box was broken. Xbox wasn't opened , someone just opened to redeem th codes. Microsoft helped after I sent them proof of purchase.

Xbox one x is an significant improvement over the Xbox one. The unit is a lot quieter and sleeker than the Xbox one. Graphics really shine on a 4K tv.

Upgraded from an Xbox one S. Was a good price with AmEx offer which got rid of that pesky tax. Came with Fallen order digital, 3 month game pass, and 3 month XBL, and 1 month EA access. Shipping was quicker than expected as well
