Very reliable over the years
The Versalink B605 has honestly held up for so long, as soon as it's done I would definitely consider another xerox for the next printer. It's been very reliable with minimal maintenance needed!

Excellent printer and copier but for customer serv
I was stunned by the quality of this printer and copier. Unfortunately, it comes with pathetic instructions and customer service. I bought the premium service and I still don't know how to make sure it's I wanted to call and access them online or with a phone number is almost impossible. Are there any people actually there at Xerox?

Never works
This is the worst purchase I have ever made. This printer never works and if you like spending your whole day fixing the printer - buy this junk. I am now searching for something new and this printer isn't even a year old. Complete waste of money.

The speed of the scanner and copying is amazing
This product has served me well. I would have preferred to have a color printer as well. I can easily fix minor issues such as jams and connections.

Excellent machine!
After leasing a printer/copier for 15 years I finally managed to talk my company into purchasing one of our own for less than the cost of a year of leasing our old one. I absolutely love my Xerox! It's super-fast, and with the added finisher, no more sore elbows from stapling our conference materials together by hand. This one does it all, print, copy, scan, fax. The scan software has multiple options allowing you to scan receipts, multiple jobs into a single document, etc. The B615 has made my work-life infinitely easier and more productive. Installation is really easy, even with just a basic knowledge of printers, computers, and networking. If you're a small shop this is the perfect all-in-one to meet your B/W needs.

It's only been up and running for a week
Xerox's claim that it's easy to install is a lie. First, one must be familiar with the IT terms/initials etc. We asked our IT people to help with this but they were unable to log into the copier. We had engaged CDW (the direct seller) to set it up, but after 1.5 weeks, the setup wasn't done. We had to have out copier repair service set it up with the IT service. This took them a few hours to set up. So far the copier is fine. At this point, I cannot recommend or not recommend the machine.

Quick Copier
Our B615 office system is great. Copier, fax, and email all in one machine. Easy to use and very fast.

Terrible machine
Nothing but problems since we received this printer. The first one came damaged so they sent another one. The second one not cracked and broken but not much better. Constant paper jams, among many other issues, some are small and just annoying but the amount of problems we have had with this printer are just ridiculous. We have only had this printer for one year. We would not recommend getting this printer at all.

Great Heavy Use Printer
We have been installing these printers to replace HP and Dell's that are rolling off service. They are all in dusty warehouse area's and are performing great!

Simple and Fast
I purchased the VersaLink B605, Black-and-white multi function printer, The printer holds 400 sheets of paper in tray 1 and 2 additional trays of 500. We are not refilling the machine all that often to say the least. The quality of print is excellent, ease of use and speed are all positives for me regarding this printer. Would recommend

Best Printer I have ever used
This printer is perfect for my small accounting business. Very fast printing. Easy to set up and use. I have never had a printer so easy to use as this one.

Not satisfied at all. This printer is NOT plug and play like I was told by Xerox. Very difficult to figure out set up if your not an IT specialist.

Great Machine/Very Fast
I love the printer. It is very easy to use. I did have some issues with the initial set up because the software needed to be updated. But once that was done it has worked great.

Confusing controls
While the copy quality is excellent, the controls and setting functions are way too complicated and confusing. Just to change paper size settings requires wading through several hard-to-understand menus. Our previous copier automatically sensed paper size and adjusted settings accordingly. Also, while the documentation says we can use smaller size paper in the bottom paper drawer, the control settings will not recognize anything but 8.5 x 11. The extremely slow warm up when the unit is initially turned on is also annoying. It takes two or three times as long to get to the place where we can actually make copies as it did with our previous copier. It also goes into "sleep mode" way too soon, further slowing up intermittent copy operations. Finally, printing a "test" page every time we turn it on is a waste of paper and time.

Excellent Quality, Takes time to learn all the functions
This is a great printer... once you get through the learning phase! There are a number of different options available and it is not easy to learn all of them!

Commercial Quality Printer at an affordable price!
This printer was easy setup. High speed prints. Duplex Printing. Excellent Quality. I love the supply assistant that can be added to my computer which sequences with all my Xerox printers and lets me know when to order. Also the lifetime service coverage included with the program. Very happy with my purchase.

Fast and Quiet with a small footprint
We used this machine to replace another manufacturer's 10 year old ship anchor. This unit requires a much smaller footprint in our office. It's startup and copy times are much faster. It is much quieter than our old copier/fax machine. It is more energy efficient and it cost less to purchase. For us, it is a win-win solution.

Love the speed
