The Indie Recoil Pro rig is universal for all cameras including mirrorless and DSLRs. It includes our Halfcage Rail and Recoil Handle for a sturdy top and side grip. This rig is perfect for those who already own the Zacuto EVF.

This is a Next Generation Recoil rig designed for optimal balance and comfort when shoulder mounted or on a tripod. With lenses and cameras being similar weights, the balance point is where the lens meets the camera body. In a Recoil rig, the balance point needs to be directly over your shoulder which puts the camera behind you. This requires focus, monitoring and camera controls to be relocated forward, creating a lighter and shorter rig.

VCT Pro Baseplate
This baseplate has a sliding top plate for quickly removing the camera from the rig or fast lens changes, a built-in, curved shoulder pad, a v-wedge tripod connector (with 1/4" 20 and 3/8" 16 screw option). It has removable and extendable 6.5" iris rods and rows of 1/4" 20 screw holes along the sides for accessories. It has quick release 15mm rod parts in the rear. The recessed rod mount offers maximum accessory capable space under your camera lens.

QR Riser
Raises your camera to a height compatible with matteboxes. Also provides a quick-release for your camera. Includes Gorilla Plate V2 and Gorilla Tripod Dock.

Zgrip Trigger
Zgrip Trigger is the most adjustable handgrip for any camera rig. It allows for single-handed 360deg. rotation with the simple press of a trigger. Flip it down for a low, rock-solid handgrip. Raise it up for more of an Aaton style position. Or quickly flip it all the way up to set your camera flat on the ground or for storing in a case. The Zgrip Trigger attaches to your rig via an M6 Rosette - the industry standard.

Halfcage Rail
Solid, adjustable, universal cage structure for the side and top of your camera rig. Comes with 3" Z-rail made for the VCT Pro. The Halfcage Rail expands to fit over your camera and accessories and includes Z-Rail, 1/4" 20 screw and 15mm rod accessory attachment ports.

Recoil Handle
This solid top grip attaches to the Halfcage Rail with a quick release, ratcheting lever. The Recoil Handle can accept two coldshoe accessories and has a quick release 15mm rod port for an Axis Mini or articulating arm.
