The product is good. The instructions that come with it are not. You need text to accompany the pictures; pictures only don't explain what to do. I had to go to YouTube to find a video about the installation of the screen protector.

Easy to install and offers lots of protection. I'm on my third one and they have saved the phone repeatedly due to my clumsy use of the phone while hiking and scrambling

The way the screen glides is like the real thing. Also, the glass is smudge free which makes it look clean no matter what.

I was so surprised with the black piece this screen protector came with. It was SO EASY to line up and put the screen protector on and not worry about it being perfect. So simple to use and I know my phone will be safe now that I have the protector on!

I've used Zagg screen protectors for literally over a decade and have never been disappointed. The only time I had an issue with the protector getting a hole they replaced it with no charge. This newest screen protector is miles above any I have used and I'm excited for it. I don't have fingerprints all over my phone and the new installation kit was super easy. I did end up having to redo my installation because I got some speck in between the protector and the screen and there were a couple of bubbles I was worried about, but they have disappeared now. I'm very happy with this purchase. My only "complaint" is that if you do have to redo the protector placement, there's not necessarily a way to do that with the kit. I had to do it mostly manually and then push it around to get the bubbles out. Just pushing on it like the graphic shows did not work, even the first time. But I got it figured out, so no worries this time.

I purchased two of these screen protectors - one for me, one for my wife. Because I was a first-time buyer, I got a discount. But these were still pricier than ANY screen protector I've ever purchased. My protector arrived with a tiny, but noticeable imperfection on one side. "No big deal," I thought, so I went ahead and installed it. Within a day, the imperfection had developed into a small web of cracks. Two days later, it was a crack that extended all the way across the screen. We got my wife's protector on just fine. But now, a few weeks later, a bubble appeared in one corner. We couldn't press it out. But it's continuing to grow and grow. But hey - there's that fabulous warranty, right? The one that guarantees the product "against wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which the product was purchased." Apparently, a crack on the protector isn't regarded as wear and damage. I'd have to pay $10 - plus postage - for a new one. Remember, this is for a screen protector that retails at $50. I have a new glass now. But I'm a really, really unhappy boy. And disappointed, too. Never again for Zagg. Disappointing product. But even worse, is a lousy and shady warranty.

I gave this screen protector two chances, using the warranty replacement after getting several scratched and cracks within 5 days of putting it on my phone. The second one didn't even last that long. Garbage. It's been a few weeks since I mailed back my return for a refund and I've heard nothing about it, despite reaching out. I used Zagg products on my phones exlucsively for years, but this one was so not worth the money.

After cracked screens in the past, I was willing to pay top dollar for the confidence of (a) avoiding damage to my phone and (b) being able to use the Pixel's fingerprint sensor. This screen protector delivered on neither. The sensor is spotty at best. But worst, the protector cracked within the first few days without my phone experiencing a noticeable fall. Then cracked a second time. The phone has a great case and I'm careful with it. What a piece of crap, ZAGG.
