I am very impressed with this little guy. I originally got it because I thought having a snallwr tripod around might be handy and honestly, I just thought it was cute! It's actually really sturdy, has a plethora of settings, it's lightweight, well made and overall just a great little tripod!

It's my 2nd purchase and this time it's for my close friend, who's pursuing photography professionally. I'd purchased my 1st Pixi 2 to replace the original; I love the original Pixi's form factor but hoped it'd allowed me to do portrait orientation and the option to set the legs flat. Manfrotto must've read my mind. I've been using the Pixi 2 for about 4 months and it's been reliable and is much more versatile.
