I was expecting better sound quality the QC but I don't feel the difference. I was looking for more base. The building microphone is still very bad for a phone calls like all other series.

It does hero cancel some sounds, but others it doesn't block at all. It seems like it's in active listening mode all the time. I had thought for the price that the noise canceling would be complete. TV and people speaking can be heard right though.

These are the best headphones I've ever purchased. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because I read that they weren't sweatproof and I was hoping to workout in them. I'm a music lover and want my music to sound like I'm in the front row at a concert. I can hear every little cymbal, guitar note etc

While I've only had my QC Ultra headphones few days now, they are clearly head and shoulders above my 700 NP ones. I'm so impressed with the immersive experience and can't wait to try them out on my next flight to see if the noise cancelling capabilities have improved too.

EXCELLENT ! I have had my bose headphones for almost a month now and the sound quality is phenomenal! The earcups are so comfortable! 10/1000! I have a pair of soundcore space one headphones , but my bose headphones ?? I love it! Definitely happy the pair I wanted went on sale in the color I wanted too! my first pair of bose headphones ?? and I will get more of this brand in the future !

I'm really unsatisfied with this product. I have the previous version of the Bose headphones and I LOVE them. They're amazing, their only flaw is that because of the rounded shape of the earcups, it's hard to sleep with them on (for example, on a flight). So I "upgraded" to the Ultra hoping the flatter surface would solve that problem. It might, who knows, the reality is I hate these headphones before ever having gotten on a plane. A couple reasons why: - They are SO slippery that you can't move one off your ear for a second to have a conversation with someone without them falling entirely off your head. In the one day I wore them to the office, they fell to the floor three separate times. Ridiculous. - The on/off button is so confusing. It's not a slider button like before, but a push button that doesn't react clearly to commands. Sometimes it takes me two to three tries before I can successfully turn them on. - The sound quality seems good, but it almost doesn't matter when the user experience is so frustrating. I don't want to have to fight my headphones all day long just for them to work or stay on my head. I can't even imagine attempting to work out with these on. Might as well leave them on the floor where they'll end up anyways. I love the color of the headphones and am such a fan of Bose, but I can't overstate how much I despise having wasted my money on these. I should have just stuck with the previous iteration.

This is the best headphone I have ever purchased. It's a little expensive, but the sound quality is worth it. The only annoyance is the bluetooth connection to the iphone, sometime it won't connect when you put on the headphone.

Purchased 14 pairs of the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra for all our children and Grandchildren for Christmas. Great price and arrived quickly. Haven't used them yet but I know they are fantastic as one son already has a pair, loves them and wanted another pair to leave at the office. Made Christmas shopping so easy!

I still have not received the headphones. They were delivered to the wrong address almost 2 weeks ago. I have reached out to both Bose and UPS and neither company has done a thing to help. I paid almost $300 and I don't have them yet. Bose needs to do better with customer service. Really disappointed that I'm the one who is paying the price for incompetence. I'm calling the attorney general on Monday if this issue isn't resolved.

This is my 2nd go on these headphones. I purchased them about a year ago and returned them because I kept having issues connecting to the app. It would not see the headphones at times but I liked them. Great noise reduction and I love the sound. Good bass and you can adjust with the EQ and the Immersive sound is nice, especially the motion setting. I only wish they were a tad bit louder but that's just me always. I don't like how I hear like an amplified sound if I touch the side or it rubs my hoodie. They also don't stay on if I'm laying flat on my back, they slide down slowly.

As a Bose lover, I'm really disappointed with Bose. I bought these headphones and they were supposed to arrive on November 19th. During the day, I received a delivery confirmation message, but when I went outside, the package wasn't there. When I tried to contact UPS, they sent me a photo of a box with a different address on it. Since that day, I've been trying to find my headphones, but neither UPS nor Bose is helping me. They're acting like it's my fault. Today is December 5th, almost a month since my purchase, and they're still giving me the runaround. Frankly, Bose, you're pathetic. Note that I'm a loyal Bose customer; I own all their headphones.

These are great. Differently modes can be used to either gently muffle noises around you if you need to be aware or immerse yourself in whatever you're listening to. Sounds great and very comfortable
