I bought these earbuds for my wife.She absolutely loves them. I have a pair also and there are times where you forget they are even in your ear. Sound quality is remarkable.

The actual product is pretty good. It was a gift and I ordered it in the wrong color (I fixed that). It was for my wife who LOVES the style but was hoping for the sound to be better. And the delivery company damaged the boxes upon delivery.

I got these for Christmas and I love them! The sound is amazing and they're very comfortable on the ears! I had an old pair of Bose earbuds and was lost when they broke! These are a great replacement! I also like that I can move far from the case and still get a signal!

PRO: Easy to put on, adjust and remove after a few days of familiarity. Sound quality is good and balanced (Bose engineering!) despite limited but adequate Bass (No surprise considering open ear design). No pressure in ears or itching or feeling of warmth like every other in-ear foam or silicone earpieces. Hope for longevity of the silicone band which clips on to ear lobes gently. Very comfortable for long term use. 90-day trial period is very thoughtful. CON: Wish it were 50-100 bucks cheaper(paid 299). Might be sounding better for thinner ear lobes. Never sure if I am getting 100% performance the units are capable of. Probably some adjustment of ear-end angle or length of elastic band (with wiring in it) might make it more suitable for a wider range of ears. Immersive mode is gimmicky for a wide variety of music and speech. Telephone mode is barely adequate in quality. Volume controls should have been press and hold while custom settings (less used) should have been press-press-hold. Volume setting imprecise. Probably the shiny band should have been touch sensitive (sliding finger on it to increase and decrease volume). Side sleepers would have problems with maintaining positioning. Back sleepers would be fine. Given the construction and pricing, the warranty should have been 2 or 3 years!

While these buds serve their purpose, they lack the Bose sound I'm used to with the ultra buds. Even my smart sound bar and sub put these to shame. I suppose they have their place in the workout/exercise world, but 90% of us don't workout. They are extremely comfortable - you won't even know you have them on. I gave mine away because I have no use for them, but hopefully they will be enjoyable to the recipient.

Have been using them for the last couple months, and I'm really impressed with how loud they are while still being able to head what's going on around you. The only complaints I have about them are that their grip on my ear isn't very secure, and they get knocked off quite easily. And also now that winter is here, I like to cover my ears with a beanie, and every time I do it takes like 2 minutes trying to position them just right on my ears so I'll still be able to hear my music after I put my beanie on.

I didn't think OPEN EARBUDS would have such wonderful sound; but owning 5 BOSE products;one o which is the Radio/Cassette/CD player which as you can guess' we've had for MANY YEARS and still use regularly. YES these are WONDERFUL with sound as good as any other earbuds; with the extra of being safer outdoors keeping you also aware of what's golng on around you.

I have hated all of my bluetooth earbuds/airpods. They never stayed in my ear so I was always losing them, my ears felt gross after having them in, and/or they hurt. These are so, so, so comfortable and with how they wear like an ear cuff its super cute and unobtrusive. One of my coworkers said it looked like jewelry. The sound is great. Not noise cancelling but with the open ear design its to be expected. Its like having a personal soundtrack. Love them.

I've had them for two weeks sound amazing. I am a professional bass player and playing in a band, I need to listen to songs in stream and performance videos so I can hear the full range of frequencies especially the low bass frequencies . These accomplish that and more plus sound, crisp and clear on all other frequencies.

One pair for Spouse + one pair for me! Personally, unless you wear and use over-the-ear headphones.. these Bose Ultra Earbuds are beautiful. For our ears these Earbuds fit and wear perfectly. These Earbuds stay in place and so comfortable you'll forget they're in your ears! We highly recommend. Try for ~30-days. If not satisfied.. return them to Bose = money back. ????

I am thoroughly impressed with these earbuds and have purchased my second pair to keep at a separate location for convenient use when my primary pair is unavailable. I have also gifted a pair to my wife for Christmas. One of the standout features is the excellent transparency mode, which allows me to enjoy music while remaining fully aware of my surroundings. Highly recommended.

Okay so I bought two one for myself and one for my sister, I have been using the Samsung buds for years and loved them but they're a bit outdated and I knew I didn't want the apple buds they're ugly and hurt my ears. I was in the market for an out of year option, these guys are perfect I did some research and read some Reddit threads. So far I love them they are super secure which I was worried about they are also super cute aesthetic pleasing. The sound was shockingly good and I like that you can totally customize on the app they're so easy to connect. The battery life was another concern I wear them together at work when I can and they last me about 7-8 hrs but fully charge so fast. I used to just put one bud in so I could still hear but these don't give me that issue I can wear both at a decent volume and still hear everything else or I can turn them up and tune out. I also have small ears so the others hurt after a few hours, no such issue with these. My single complaint is that I put my hair behind my ears or pull it out and knock them out at times but it's not a big deal. I also don't have issues with earrings but I only have two piercings in each ear.

I feel they are way over priced. Not the most comfortable thing, the case is cheaply made, and after using them for about a week they will cut out for 15 or so seconds at a time. I have absolutely no idea what that's about. And yes, they are doing this being completely charged. Would love my money back.

Bought a few weeks ago. I guess my ears are too big because I can barely hear anything unless I push the earbuds into my ear further. Then they are not clipped on my lobe. These do not fit my ears. If Bose had an extra large I would need them. When it clips on my ear the sound is too far from my ear's auditory canal so I barely hear the sound. These are not a good fit for all ears. Be sure you have small ears or they will not fit well.

I have purchased about 7 of the Ultra Open Earbuds. I am a fan. As a runner and hiker, I like the "open" concept for safety reasons. I have never liked things sticking out of my ears, like the AirPods. The design is a plus, plus. The earbuds have never fallen out while I am running, riding my bike or working out. I do wish 2 things: 1-that you do not have to use both ear buds at the same time. If you use only 1, you cannot close the case; 2 - the sound is better if you can somehow "tighten" the fit.

I love the style of these earbuds! The sound is nice and very clear. I notice if you wear it all day your earlobe can get a little sore since it gets wrapped around. I wish when you pick up your calls that the calls would be louder and clear. That's the only downside I would say. Other than that, they are beautiful and love the sound quality and don't have to worry that I'll lose it like my Apple AirPods!

These are the earbuds I've been waiting for! I hate ill-fitting earbuds and have plenty in a drawer somewhere. Sound is excellent and I don't have to worry able them falling out of my ear. I enjoy them so much that I bought a pair as a gift and another for my travel bag.
