usually prefer over the ear headphones but decided to try the Bose QuietComfort Ulta earbuds. So glad I did! Excellent sound quality and totally comfortable with great noise cancelling as well. Great fit and easy to wear while running or working out! Not my first Bose purchase and definitely not my last. I'm hooked on Bose!

I purchased them before I had major surgery. It was a 10 hour surgery and a 2 month recovery. I used them every day

These headphones are FANTASTIC! The sound quality is amazing and they are extremely comfortable. I often wear these for many hours at a time and they're so comfortable that I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. In-ear headphones would hurt my ears if I wore them too long so these have been a wonderful find. Also, they're incredibly secure - I have worn them on 10+ miles runs and strength workouts and have never felt like they were moving around or were going to fall out. Highly recommend!

I bought these earbuds after an older pair of Bose earbuds that I used to work out in malfunctioned. These are a great upgrade. The ability to hear what is going on around me while working out, with good sound production, is fantastic. Also, the ability to choose between sound modes is a great feature. I have had issues with other earbuds that are "one size fits all" which means for me that they fell out of my ear. Even with several sizes of wings being included. By design these buds fit secure on any size ear and so lightweight that I hardly notice that I have them on.

I bought this like for 20 days ago I am very happy they are so aesthetic and very comfortable but the only thing is that when you are outside when I am in a phone call and the outside noise don't people that hear me very well so I have to switch to phone because it's like a little bit difficult to speak with them with in a phone call with when when there is noise around

I have a pair of apple AirPods that I like, but when I would wear them while working out, they kept falling out of my ears, so I purchased these Bose earphones to solve that issue. I like these earphones they are comfortable. The sound quality is good, but they are not as loud as they could be depending on how they're placed in your ear so if they could go a little louder, that would be great but otherwise I recommend them they are comfortable, and they are absolutely great for a hard workout or run.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are a great, albeit expensive, entry into the open-ear headphone market, offering a unique design that prioritizes all-day comfort and environmental awareness without sacrificing sound quality. These headphones are great for running or working out in. They stay secure and are very comfortable for extended sessions. If I could change one thing about these it would be the microphone. They don't pickup conversations very well when compared to the Bose earbuds or headphones. All things considered these are good headphones. I personally prefer my earbuds and headphones in all situations with the exception of working out/running or in office use.

I bought these, returned them, and bought them again. The first purchase I think I expected too much from an open ear earbud. I wanted a more loud, crisp, robust sound. I then bought in ear earbuds. The sound was lovely but my ears are sensitive to moisture. Returned those and decided to give the open earbuds a second chance. I'm glad I did. These are very comfortable and for an open earbud they sound pretty darn good. One complaint: the right earbud sometimes has issues charging. Not sure why it does this. It's usually after I haven't used them for a prolonged period. I have to finesse the earbud into charging. I'm worried I may not be able to charge it at all one day. I thought about a return but they didn't have a color I liked available. Having said that, returns are super easy- no questions asked. I really like these earbuds.

The earbuds themselves are excellent. However, it's frustrating that in an era where technology is advanced enough to track lost items, something as easy to misplace as earbuds still lacks reliable location support. Additionally, the warranty I purchased proved to be of little value, and customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Considering these earbuds cost nearly $300, the overall support experience was very disappointing.

I originally bought the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds for myself and apparently, they didn't work for me, so I gave them away to my girlfriend and she doesn't like them either because they don't fit well in her ears

I understand that these are intended to keep the listener aware and be comfortable. Unfortunately, the sound disparity in comparison to the ultra 2 or over-ear headphones was too significant, and I had difficulty with finding a comfortable placement. I also understand that my intent is to be able to be locked into whatever I'm doing which includes strong noise cancelling, so these were just not quite the right fit.

So, I was really excited to receive these, I've been looking for a new pair of earbuds to replace my airpods and I thought these would be a good choice. At first they were great, but I started to notice connectivity issues as well as static and feedback in both earbuds as well as generally not working consistently or super well. I know that because they are refurbished they might have had issues in the past, but I have issues with these almost every single day at this point.

I still love my QuietComfort Ultra Headphones, but they serve a different purpose. For all?day comfort and ambient awareness, the Ultra Open Earbuds are excellent. There are shortcomings, though. Call quality is weak to the point of being nearly unusable, and the earbuds occasionally drop connection and reset themselves, which gets frustrating. If you don't rely on them for phone calls and can tolerate the occasional restart, these remain top?tier, high?end earbuds. I use them constantly.

I absolutely love Bose products. The sound is amazing!! I bought these for comfort and they did not disappoint. I only gave 4 stars because I sometimes have connections issues. They stop connecting to my iPhone for a period of time and then reconnect after an hour or so. I've contacted Bose and they have offered to exchange them. As long as they reconnect I'll keep the ones I have. They no longer offer the lilac chill and I love the color!! If you are thinking if you should buy these, buy them you won't be disappointed.

I bought these earbuds as an upgrade. They work really well and the sound was better than I anticipated. I ultimately could not use them due to my ears being too wide in the area where they would fit the best. Good product overall but my ears would not cooperate for a good fit.

Bought these 2 months ago and am very pleased with them. Great sound quality. I use them mostly listening to music while bike commuting and listening to webinars in the office on my computer. The open ear design is great for biking as it allows me to hear traffic around me. They are also very comfortable to wear - I hardly notice that I have them on. Which, unfortunately, is their one drawback. I find that I need to be careful when putting my bike helmet on or off as the straps on the helmet can catch on the earbuds removing them from my ears. The previous pair of Bose earbuds I had were the ones which had both earbuds attached together with a small, 10" wire. That was a bit more secure and prevented loosing a single (or both) earbuds.

Bought these bc my airpods were hurting my ears wearing them for like 8 hours a day. They are excellent. The battery life is longer than my old ones and the music quality is excellent! I do work in a quiet area but I did wear them running once and didn't have to turn them very high to drown out the traffic. Only thing is sometimes one of them seems to have connectivity issues or something. It seems like it's bouncing between two of the modes and needs to be put back in the case for a few minutes before I can try again. I haven't tried to hard to troubleshoot that though so it might be an easy fix that I'm just to lazy to get to. Overall, amazing headphones and would definitely recommend.

Long time Bose customer. I would recommend Bose product to all my friends. Sound quality is excellent as to be expected from any Bose product. Very easy to operate. All products are have a warranty that is honored. Assistance is also available if warranty expires. A very solid company experience. Kudos!
