My second set, I like the way they stay in my ear but I have a samsung ultra 25 and I don't think im getting the full use of the buds.

The sound is great. I recently purchased these and I am still getting adjusted to putting them on my ears. They are different than other earbuds I have had. I love being able to listen to music and still have contact with the noise in my environment

They don't go into your ear enough and the volume doesn't go up high enough to cancel out ambient noise otherwise they are comfortable and stay on my ear when I'm exercising.

Bought these as I'm fed up of in-ears and have struggled with infections & irritation. These really are all day headphones as advertised, very comfortable. They're great for podcasts and voice content. They do not perform for immersive audio musically, but they're not meant to!. Music is ok, but not awesome. They're near to useless on a flight with the background noise.

I love these. I got these because a friend recommended them. Traditional ear buds never fit right causs my piercings and always fall off or one move and my music stops. Not these. Theyres so comfortable, clear, loud, and fit perfect.came in within 2 days

I wanted these so bad, but I ended up disappointed. The app is annoying to start, but then it doesn't give you any useful information about your headphones, or really do much at all besides I guess steal my data. The "Spatial Audio" is a scam.

My 3 rd pair of these (unfortunately lost two. These are the best running headphones I ever had. I run quite a lot and love the sound and most importantly fit and ability to enjoy the music and still be aware of my surroundings.

The idea of having it set up on your ear I do like, but when it comes to sound, you cannot block the outside sound so while you're hearing music working out, you hear people around you and also when you're going to talk on the phone with someone they barely hear you the majority of the time the person that you have on the phone tells you that you sound far away. you guys gotta. fix that

This is the second pair of I've purchased as the first ones wore out and were out of warranty and not worth getting fixed. I wore the previous pair almost daily for running; it is extremely humid here and the earbuds faired well.

Bought them couple months ago.Love them. The R for the right side & the L for left side I wish they would of just wrote the R & the L & not put it in a circle & maybe a little bigger even.It is too hard for me to make them out .

The OpenEar ear buds I purchased several weeks ago did not work nor would they connect to my Phone. I contacted Customer Service and was informed that they OpenEar ear buds were still under warranty and should be returned for a replacement! The defective OpenEar ear buds were returned via my local UPS store on the 20th of Jan. I have NOT received my replacement OpenEar rear buds or acknowledgement of the return of the defective OpenEar ear buds.

I bought these open earbuds especially for work. We are not allowed to wear anything in the ear canal at work so these are perfect. The sound is just as clear as my in ear earbuds. The only downfall is receiving phone calls. It's too difficult to hear the caller and they can't hear me well either. These are NOT for receiving or making phone calls. But for listening to music or radio at work, these are perfect!

I was skeptical about the quality of the sound of these open earbuds. But BOSE truly invented a game changer here. These open earbuds are amazing! Sound quality is phenomenal for the intent of its design. These are great when I need to be aware of the noise surrounding me. I love them.

I love Bose products, have been a customer for almost 50 years. I have tried many earbuds but was never able to wear the in ear style. When I saw the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds I decide I had to try them. And I LOVE them as they do not have to go in my ear, they do not bother me when I'm wearing glasses and they're so comfortable, I forget I'm wearing them! And of course the sound quality is excellent.

Great sound for podcast, books and music. However sound quality for phone calls is poor on the listener end and have to take off to converse. My poly headset works great on the phone why not Bose?

These contain all the quality and depth of sound I:be come to expect from Bose. I've tried multiple earbuds (wired and wireless and I continually had problems with keeping them in place if I as much as took a deep breath. These ultra earbuds stay in place with any activity I have taken on in the 2 months I've had them. I have had a couple of occasions where I had turned off the my music on my phone and didn't realize the earbuds were still on until someone asked me what I was listening to. They're so light and intrusive that I still had them on. As always, great job Bose!!
