Love them
I love these earbuds! The sound quality is amazing and they are super comfortable and stay in my ears really well. Taking one star off because when noise cancelling is on I hear a faint clicking in one of the earbuds. Not super noticeable when music is playing, but it's a little annoying.

Feels cheaper than older models
Bought these for my partner to replace an older version of a similar model as we couldn't get proper silicone replacements for them. He feels the case feels cheaper, I think it just feels lighter and a nicer texture. He liked the button to open the old case, this one doesn't lock and just opens. Sound quality is as expected with any Bose product - very good! And he finds them very comfortable. Still wish we could have gotten replacement covers as there was nothing wrong with the old pair and they still worked fantastic (about 5 years old)

Exceeding the Bar
Unparalleled sound quality is why I got them and they delivered. First selection to break them in was Dark Side of the Moon. Floored me, almost like when it was a new album.

Best Earbuds Ever
These earbuds sound great. I have two pair of the older Quiet Comfort II earbuds and they sound great too. No others come close. And a big thank you for redesigning the case. The older case was so clumsy and I would always drop one or both of the earbuds trying to retrieve them from the case. New case is absolutely fantastic. The people behind the redesign should get a huge pay raise. Thanks for a great product.

Excellent buy
These earbuds perform exactly as I would expect from Bose - Excellent, which was the reason I bought them. Excellent fit with good battery life and when on noise cancel, well I do not get disturbed by outside noise.

The pair fits!

Wouldn't recommend if you have small ears.
I bought these as an upgrade to my previous two pairs of quiet comfort earbuds during the Black Friday sales event and really dislike the new ones. They are way too bulky for my liking and are too heavy to fit in my ears and stay put. They constantly fall out every time I move my head even slightly. I was really looking forward to buying these as I wanted the upgraded noise reduction. I wish I could return them after using them once and get my money back. I guess my ears are just too small to accommodate them.

Love the product!
Bought a month ago, these are very well designed earphones. They do not hurt my ears and have a good sound quality. The quiet function is not fully quiet but I don't mind that much.

Awesome sound I have owned many bose products and when I am looking for quality sound I have purchased bose.When I decide to look for quality sound earbuds I just purchased the Quiet comfort earbuds and again I am very pleased with the quality and awesome sound .

Nothing but problems with Bose
They unpair a lot. I might return them. I honestly have had nothing but issues with Bose as this is my third pair. Gonna have to go back to Apple.

Blew my Expectations out of the Water
These are by far the most incredible ear buds I have ever owned and I've had some big name brand ones over the years. The sound quality is out of this world!!!! I cannot wait to order more products from Bose. Phenomenal quality and well worth the price.

Great earbuds. They have great clarity, options for customs sound and noise cancellation option.
The different sizes of earbuds make it very comfortable.
I like the options of colors, and ones that aren't the recently overdone warm tones.
Only slightly frustrating thing is that after a Teams call, I lose sound. I have to exit and restart for the sound to come back.

Great sound
I just bought these in blue and even though it took me some time to get the different sounds going, I love them . Noise cancelling is great and they are very comfortable. Good purchase!

I will never purchase another brand
I bought my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds, a couple of weeks ago, and I love them? when I want complete silence, I have it, and when I want to listen to Court TV while I am at work, I can hear it clearly. This is my first pair of Bose earbuds and I am sure this won't be my last pair. My ears do not hurt with long term wear. I am allowed to listen to anything I want while at work, as long as I have earbuds. My Apple earbuds hurt my ears from long term wear. I do not get that with my Bose earbuds..

Great ear buds,worth every cent.
I bought these because I've been having insomnia issues and needed a way to listen to music without waking the rest of the house. They are amazing! Rich sound, and the noise canceling works great, I had someone walk up to me and I didn't even hear them approaching. Buy these!

Bad communicators
My earbuds were accidentally shipped to the wrong earphones. They were stolen and when I asked for a resend, they never responded to me through emails so I resorted to the help center where nothing was ever sent and I was never updated on the appeal. I love Bose products but this annoyed me.

Still waiting
Purchased a few weeks ago. Left earbud had static. They are brand new, yet customer service has me trouble shooting! You shouldn't have to trouble shout brand new products! Finally I was told I could exchange them. Unfortunately, I had to mail back the original earbuds, which took about a week and now they are in the process of"checking them in" before they will mail out my replacement earbuds.

Questionable Bluetooth
Bought it like 3 weeks ago, the sound is amazing but the connection to my phone is horrible, I have to open and close the case, and try to connect them in settings, the microphone is ok, nothing too good, I was used to have my AirPods so the Bluetooth was perfect, they fit perfectly on my ear but they feel so plastic

Still getting acquainted
The ear tips seem to fall off a bit to easily. I recently took them outdoors and had a lot of wind noise while walking. I did not have that issue with my previous Bose earbuds.
