I bought this a few months ago and the experience so far has been great but there really somethings that need to be changed, sometimes the headphones make a squeaking sound you move your head even a little bit, also you cant turn off or change the audio feedback given by the headphones everytime you turn it off or on and a new device is connected and the bose app equalizer is not very useful

The headphones are fine. I haven't used over the head headset like this in a long time, I am usually an earbuds person. But since I work remotely and I am on the phone and on Teams all day everyday, the earbuds started irritating my ears and I wanted to get something more comfortable for all day use. These are definitely more comfortable, and the battery life is pretty incredible. I've had these headphone for like a month now and I use them all day, and I think I've charged them maybe 3 or 4 times. The audio is good, clear, and sounds very nice. I will say, however, there are definitely some drawbacks. 1. For example, if I have multiple devices paired to the headphones, there is no functionality on the actual headphone to switch between devices. The only way to switch between connected devices is by opening the app, navigating to "Source," and selecting the device you want to use. So, if you don't have your device directly on you, you can't switch between connected devices. The only thing you can do directly from the headset is up/down the volume, long-touch the volume sensor to hear the battery level, and switch between "modes." But that's not helpful when I am connected to both my computer and my phone. 2. Also, the Noise Canceling is subpar. and the Wind Noise Reduction is almost nonexistent. The Noise Canceling itself is not terrible. But it's 2026, so I was shocked when I switched from earbuds to the headset. But with respect to the Wind Noise Reduction, there is almost no ability for these headphone to cancel wind noise. You definitely hear the wind loudly when any amount of wind is blowing past your headphone. If you sit in front of a fan, or if you want to use these on the beach or anywhere with a breeze, be prepared to hear a lot of wind noise. Even with the "Wind Noise" toggle, it doesn't sufficiently cancel any of the wind noise. If you are just sitting inside listening to music or at your computer, they are good headphones. 3. For phone calls, or Teams calls, I have been told that my voice on calls sounds a muffled, but I can't directly speak to that because I have not heard my own voice on a call yet. But I have been told by multiple people that it sounds like I am talking into a pillow. I've had the QC Ultra Gen 2 Earbuds for about 1 month longer than the headphones, and they were defective! My left earbud would never charge. And then after the 4th week of owning them, the left earbud died completely and there was absolutely nothing I could do to get it to charge. So I had to send it back to Bose to get a replacement, and it is taking foreverrrrrrr. They told me 8 to 14 business days I would have it back after sending it to them. But they pay for the cheapest shipping, and it took over a week to reach them. Now, it's been nearly 2 weeks since they received my earbuds and I *still* haven't had any update about when I will receive my earbuds back. And honestly, as good as the earbuds are, I must say that I do not like the touch functionality. For example, it snowed alot this winter and so I was outside shoveling. When I put a hat on my head, the earbuds think I am touching the sensor, and so it continuously cycles through all the functions!! So I had to fold my hat above my ears if I wanted to use the headphones while shoveling snow. I am a little disappointed with Bose. I used to see Bose as the gold standard in audio products. I used to have a 5.1 surround sound home theater system and I loved it. But, now, in my new home, I am shopping around for home audio, because sadly, Bose seems to be losing its luster...

As I am riding the bus, and the bus rides over different obstacle in the road, the right speaker starts to making a thumping noise for every times it hit something. But this pair is better than the orginal.

Awesome sound and amazing quality. Bose products never disappoint and I wish I purchased these sooner. Extremely comfortable on the head and you can't really notice that it's on there

In compassion to my Sony headphone, I can see a slight difference in the sound. I also feel that the headphones looks greater better. I have a case for it and it can be used where I needed the most like airplane computer my bedroom TV and so far so I'm looking at it is being a great product so far.

I love the look and the sound of my gen2. I call these the grownup headphones for gym goers! I'll never use a different than these. I went from beats, AirPod max and now this is the Gwagon to headphones. Do not sleep on these!

Very comfortable and good sound. But frequent problems with no sound after connecting. I tried restarting it many times, disconnecting it on the other device, and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I absolutely love these headphones! ?????? I got them for Christmas and they are actually want I wanted! They are so perfect for the gym since I can either lock in with the "Immersion" (or "Cinema") mode or be a little more aware of my surroundings, without having to remove my headphones with the "Aware" mode! I love that there is a user friendly app to adjust the settings of my headphones and I can even name them on the app as well! Such a small but adorable touch to really personalize them! (And the color is fire!! ????)

I bought this product a few weeks ago and I've had a really great experience. It is really quiet and mutes most low frequency sounds. It kinda struggles quieting super loud noises but that's to be expected for most headphones. As I've said really mutes all other noises. I like the foam, it's soft and doesn't burn immediately and really comfortable to use. I wish the top part could be replaced after usage because mine already has really visible dents, but it's really good material. One feature I wish they implemented was that they would add transparency mode when the headphones detect speech or a conversation, would be really nice, also more eq options and active transparency features for any new modes I add. Would recommend!

I purchased these headphones just over a year ago and was initially impressed by the sound. I didn't end up using them that often as I found them to be hot and not breathable. After a year of light use (maybe a dozen times), the ear pads were wearing out and Bose refused to replace them. I continue to reach for my earbuds as they are more comfortable and durable.

I bought these had them shipped to me about a month ago. Absolutely love them! The sound quality is absolutely amazing! I use them everyday to practice bass. I love that as soon as you put them on, hit the power button, they quickly drown out all other background noise in the room. It allows me to lock in during my online classes. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to make background noise sound like quiet whispers. It allows you to lock in and clearly hear what you TRULY WANT TO HEAR!

Although they are decent, unfortunately they have not lived up to what you would expect from Bose. Clarity is not that great, bass is okay among other things, my Samsung earpods pro give them a run for their money. I prefer over ear headphones, that's the only reason why I haven't used my Samsung earpods. In my opinion they're just over priced headphones.

More than just Excellent sound quality. After 20 years in the Marines and another 19 around noisy equipment I have bad Tinnitus and moderate hearing loss requiring hearing aids. I tried a pair in a store and was amazed I what I heard (and didn't hear) so I bought a pair. Most hearing protection makes my tinnitus worse, but these do not. I can enjoy the silence without the screeching sound in my head getting louder. I can listen to music with or without my hearing aids and the sound is outstanding. Love them. Highly recommend them.

I debated between the Sony WH-1000XM6 and the Bose QC Ultra (Gen 2). Both get excellent reviews, and I have earbuds by both manufacturers. I chose the Bose because of their 90 days return policy, excellent reputation and my great experience with other Bose products. I have not been disappointed. The Bose just sound natural. The equalizer in the Bose Android app is just ok, not great, but if you are looking for natural sound, you don't need a 10 band equalizer. I wear the Bose for hours and they remain comfortable. Battery life is excellent, something no earbuds can equal given their small size which limits the size of the battery an earbud can accommodate. Very happy with the purchase.

I got this as a Christmas present for myself. Honestly these have been the most effective, comfortable and reliable set of head phones I have ever had. The Sound quality is amazing when playing music. Sometimes with my ear buds I can barely hear certain songs while others will almost blow out my ear drums. With these Headphones I get clear crisp sound. The ear cushions are a decent, albeit smaller size. Normally with ear cancelling head phones they have massive ear cushions that steam cook your head. It makes them much more comfortable to wear for longer periods. And the noise cancelling is probably the best that I have ever owned. I am someone who sometimes needs to shut out the noise of the world around me and just be in silence for a while and these are highly effective. I can't wait to use them when I go for walks in the spring.
