Recently bought 2 pairs for myself and my husband to use for travel. We have found them to be so comfortable that we use almost daily to watch our separate shows or listen to music. The fit is perfect as well, not tight on my jaw which is something I struggle with in other brands.

it shuts on and off unpredictably, you didn't provide a power supply and the hardline cord is way too short. Also it's not capable working with receivers. I used to work in radio, I know what good headphones. Further, your logistics are terrible, you can't put a price point on your items correctly and you can't get your shipping together.

The first and only headphones I've ever had that weren't a pain to wear with glasses. The sounds is incredible, and they're so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them sometimes (even after the music stops).

The attempt to purchase the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd gen) was a miserable experience. I advise anyone considering buying through Bose to consider a different option. Customer Service, once a mark of Bose, is very unsatisfactory. The product, late in arriving, was described to me as "damaged" when I made contact to determine the problem. UPS blamed Bose and Bose customer representatives had no interest in helping to resolve the matter. Bose then insisted that the package was being delivered on time when it clearly was not. When I expressed my desire to cancel the order, the Bose service rep. argued with me, even though the company had failed to complete the order. There are other headphones and other companies.

The quality of the sound is great. It turn off by itself when removing the headset from the head is good. It needs to have a button by itself to chsnge tge modes because the way itviscitccrestes confusion when using the same button to turn on or off.

I bought these headphones about 2 months ago after breaking a pair of Sony headphones I had. I am so glad I purchased these as they are stylish, more comfortable on my ears, the noise cancelation is excellent and the price was lower. Thank you Bose!!

As you would expect, the sound quality is second to none. Headphones are extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time. My favourite feature, however, is the dual connection feature. I can have them connected to my iPhone and my works laptop and the headphones switch between if a call comes in on Teams. Awesome feature!

It legit took me 3 DAYS of using these things with BOTH noise canceling and listening to music for the battery to get to 30%. AND!! TO make things even better? THE EQR MUDFA COCER YOUR WHOLE EAR!! THERE IS NO CONTACT FATIGUE!!! And lastly, if you're really into quality music and like to frown your mood in whatever music speaks to you in the moment, the music quality if phenomenal. As ling as the actual sound file hasnt been artifiacted too much, i can hear the difference between the bassz drums, treble.. dynamic sound!! THAT YOU CAN ADJUST!! THIS THING HAS AN EQUALIZER!! Overall 100/10, ESPECIALLY if you're neurodivergent like i am. They are SO worth the money if you can afford to save for them.

Bought these as a back up to my QC ultra1st gen. The noise cancelling is not as good as 1st gen but still impressive for a person who is easily distracted by almost any noise. These are comfortable. I wear them for a 10 hour shift, taking calls in a call center. They connect easily to Bluetooth via laptop and I have about 50% battery left at end of my shift. I notice a blue tooth stutter at the beginning of my calls, muffled sounding voice with all of my Bose headphones that clears maybe10 seconds into the call. I am not sure if it's the headset or Chrome .

Sound quality is superb, as you would expect from Bose, however it is the other features that I absolutely love! The ability to connect to two devices simultaneously is incredible! I can connect to my phone to listen to music but having it linked also to my work laptop means that I can be listening to music and if a call comes through via Teams, it switches me straight over. Love it!

These are my first set of nice headphones. The color is beautiful and vivid. The sound and noise canceling is excellent. The phone calls are clear which is a huge plus. Being used to earbuds, I didn't like the bulkiness of the headphones. I use them while doing chores around the house- dishes, laundry, etc? The headphones often slip down to my forehead or off the back of my head when I bend down. There is a very slight echo when listening to podcasts, but this might be possibly corrected thru the app adjustments. Overall, this is a great product, but I will probably return and get the earbuds just because of the bulkiness and constant sliding around when I'm moving.

I bought these on December 5th 2025 and receive them on December 9th from the same day till now it's terrible , horrible Bluetooth connection, can't enjoy my music / movie nothing with out the audio cutting in and out. I'm returning them and getting my money back.

I purchased both the Bose and Sonos comparable models. Both were equally impressive. However, the ability to use the Sonos with my Sonos surround and TV. Made it the overall winner. Will be returning my Bose.

The worst online purchasing experience i have ever had. Do not purchase directly from bose. I ordered on or around Nov 23. First pair they shipped to the wrong address. I reported the issue right away. They wanted to wait 8-10 business days to investigate the mistake. After intense negotiation they shipped another pair. This time they required shipment to UPS pickup but agreed to expedite 2 day shipping. 6 days later I get notification that they are ready to pickup. I head to UPS and they dont have them. BOSE messed up the shipping again and apparently sent them to the city of Warrenton but no actual address. Now they are investigating and forcing me to wait 8-10 business days. They also will not cancel the order. This was a B-day gift on Thanksgiving. Everyone is bummed, and this has been a total hassle. Save the headache, buy from best buy or Amazon...Bose customer service is no good and other ratings show it as well. Their back office process does not consider the customer as a priority.
