I bought these earbuds after reading several reviews that they were the best on the market. They are certainly about 300% more expensive than I've ever spent on headphones before. Perhaps because they were so expensive, I expected immediate gratification. In practice, it took me a little while to establish the optimal volume and ear fitting. The press button control is outstanding, but again takes practice to get right every time. I confess that I'm not quite Neanderthal, and saw so much potential in these earbuds that I bought a second pair for my so, who regularly receives and makes calls. Another great feature is that the earbuds know when to interrupt for incoming calls and other media messages. In summary, these are the most expensive and best headphones I've ever bought. Once I've sold some more personal possessions, I may even buy the charger!

The quality of the sounds is not what I was expecting and it doesnt have the noise cancelation technology. I didn't like it.

Bose you can't beat the quality of sound. I like the feature to hear other surrounding noise sometimes, however I recently heard someone I didn't know singing next to me to my tunes in public because they could hear my play list. It was awkward to say the least.

I use these mainly for running. Absolutely love them. Light weight , I forget I'm wearing them. They stay securely in my ears. I finally can wear ear buds in both ears with the open ear design. Sound is great while still being able to hear everything around me.

I got myself the Limited Edition Lisa open earbuds and im in love. It took me some time to get adjusted to them hanging off my ear, but im extremely happy with the sound quality as well as the overall look to them! Highly recommend them!

It's a solid build but my issue is that the bud doesn't reach my ear enough. This makes the volume low unless I push it forward. Also, calls seem to be choppy for the person I'm talking to.

Great for all day comfort while keeping an ear out. Not the best for phone calls as hearing can great unless isolated but otherwise great over ear sound.

I think i received the Bose Open Air about 3 weeks ago and have decided to keep them. They provide a surprisingly detailed sound. Early on i didn't think i would like the openness since all i ever owner were IEM's, however, i use these for walks or gym visits and i find i like being able to hear an approaching car and gym noise is not as bothersome as i thought it may be. The best thing i like is being able to wear them for long periods. They are super light weight and i can forget i have them on. There is no heat build up or itchy feeling so they are very comfortable. The one thing i would like on a newer model is for the smaller end to extend a little further into the ear canal. Overall they exceed my expectations?

Purchased two more this ago for running and working out. Better than earbuds for staying securely at n place and allowing outside sounds in. Can't seem to get them as loud as I would like.

I have been searching for an open ear earbud product for some time now. I had tried others, all with significant trade off in sound quality or wearability. I purchased the Open Ear ultra's and my search came to a halt. Excellent Bose quality sound, outstanding wearability, a great companion app, and very good battery life. I use them when in the house, out walking, or working out, and in all cases I get great sound and the ability to remain fully connected to the outside world. Not having an in-ear design makes them so easy to wear that I forget I have them on. And, the button functionality works far better for me than trying to navigate a touch system on earbuds like many other competing products. If you're looking for a great open ear earbud, buy them and you won't be disappointed. I love them, and my ears love them.

I have small ears and most buds fall out or feel like they are stretching my ear out too much. I loved my Raycons but wanted to try something new and as a school teacher these open buds are perfect for when I need to listen out for my kids and screen that YouTube video to make sure it's the right one. The quality is amazing, I love the surround sound feature and I can wear them for hours without my ears getting tired. Also, they still do well in loud and environments like airports. Yes, you hear the back ground noise, but that's what I need. It's a little annoying on an airplane or driving in the car as a passenger if you need that complete sound cancellation. Also, it can be uncomfortable to lay down with these on your ears. I also love riding my bike with these because I can hear the traffic and my music.

Have had my Open Earbuds for almost 3 months now, and I am very happy with them. They easily connect and reconnect to my Bluetooth devices and switch back and forth seamlessly. Highly recommend if you want quality sound but not noise cancelling to be able to hear the outside world when needed.

This was a Mother's Day gift to myself and I have to say, BEST GIFT EVER!!!! When I walk/jog with my ear buds, I forget I have them in because of how they feel. I'm thinking of getting a second pair?..

This is one of the best set of headphones I've ever had. I love how I can listen to music and still be able to talk to people and hear what's going on around me when the volume is low, but also love how when you turn up the volume every other sound fades away.

I've had mine for maybe a month, give or take. I love the style/design, how they go in the ear, the open ear concept, and the sound is pretty good. Cons being, people not being able to fully hear me and me having to adjust constantly or just talk through the phone to have a clear conversation, my ears are super small and sometimes the left ear bud feels like it's going to fall out when I'm working out, and sometimes I get a static interruption from the buds when listening to music which is concerning, plus the price is to heavy for this many issues. Maybe at a cheaper price I wouldn't make a big deal but can't accept it. Plus I've asked for the return package and still have yet to receive it so I could send the buds back.
