I get pain in my ears with regular ear buds. These are comfortable for long periods without sacrificing sound! Love them!

Bought these a few weeks ago. Just what I needed - Bluetooth earbuds that don't go into my ear canal. Excellent sound and yet I can hear what's happening around me (if I choose to pay attention to it).

I bought these for myself, my daughter and granddaughter for Christmas. I gave them early to use in our vacation over the holidays. We all love them! Comfy with good sound quality. I always had trouble keeping the AirPods in my ears, These are so easy to use.

This is the first open ear buds I've had and so far, I'm pretty impressed! there's something about noise cancelling headphones that I don't love and these open earbuds work better for my lifestyle (WFH 3 days/week). The music quality is incredible and works really well during my strength training sessions (no falling out of my ear). The only con I have for these is the phone quality is atrocious. it's so bad that my husband had to return his pair since he needs dependable headphones for his job (he was so bummed because he loved everything else!) The sound quality of the phone call if you are using these is honestly just so bad. My main use for these are not for making phone calls but if that's what you're buying these for, I would not recommend. Bose, please work on your phone call quality! your headphones would have no competition if you just fixed that :)

They are the best earbud to have ever purchased. They are very comfortable that sometimes I forget I have them on. I wear them to the gym, at work, just about anywhere.

Love these!!! I am a runner and have been using another style/brand for a few years and they are fine in the warm months, but I was so frustrated when I needed to pull a warm hat over them. The hat could never fully cover my ears. These are like wearing nothing and now my ears stay covered and warm. Game changer!! And the sound is amazing!!!!

Sound quality was ok but the connection was terrible. I and my mom had multiple connectivity issues. We both sent our pairs back. Also no sound button on the ear buds.

I've had these a couple weeks now and am very glad I bought them. I have tried different types of head phones and ear phones, none of which worked. The ultra earbuds are great. They stay on my ears, are very comfortable and whatever I'm listening to comes through loud & clear. And added bonus they're pretty.

At first I didn't think open air earbuds were worth it, because what was the point of earbuds if I couldn't hear everything fully? But then I started encountering times in my day to day where I wish I was able to hear a bit more of my surroundings. For example, I walk my dog everyday multiple times a day. Sometimes when I listen to music with my noise cancelling earbuds, I'll miss a cyclist or a runner whizzing by me, and I feel bad because if I knew they were behind me I would move over, especially since my dog is really big. I also noticed I would get startled by people when I'm at work when I have my headphones in, because I really cannot hear anything with my normal earbuds. Similarly, at the gym I've been startled a couple of times when someone would ask me if I was using a machine. I decided I wanted to be more aware of my surroundings. So, I saw that they were on sale and I decided to just give it a try and I was actually really impressed. First of all, the music quality is actually so much better than I thought it'd be. My impression was that it'd be a watered down version of the music, but it gives me a really full sound. The open airs are also SUPER comfortable. They cuff around my ear perfectly and aim the earpiece perfectly into my ear canal. With my noise cancelling earbuds, sometimes I would have to take them out because my ear would get a bit uncomfortable but these are super comfortable. Some reasons it may not be a 5 star: I've only had these for a month, so I can't speak for longevity. They seem to hold a charge really well though, since I got them about month ago and they still haven't run out of battery. I asked my family members to try them on, but my sister said it didn't cuff around her ear very well and it was uncomfortable. It's too bad you can't try these on before you buy them, but they fit my ears perfectly.

I bought these this month and I've used them almost every day at work and they are great! However, wearing them for long periods of time do begin to discomfort around the 4 hour mark. Also, after 4 hours of use battery is at 50%; which compared to other earbuds, is not optimal.

I purchased the open earbuds about an month now and like the comfort. I have issues with earbuds staying in place. That said the sound quality is poor. I believe the reason is the area across the ear lob is to large (from the outer edge to the start of the ear opening) which pulls the earbud further out then what would be optimal. My wife uses them as well with no issues. I am undecided as to keeping them. Are there different sizes?

This was a replacement set for the original set that I somehow managed to lose. If this product wasn't excellent I would have gone somewhere else. But Bose is great!!

Excellent sound ??. There are comfortable .Great colour choice,( Midnight Violet) super easy to connect. There earbuds have seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. This open design is a major win,allowing me to stay connect to what's happening around me.

They sounds great while still allowing awareness of your surroundings. Bass is good for an open ear design and they are very comfortable. So good two of my cottage ordered their own.

I love the cuffed earbuds because of how they stay in place on my ear. The musical sound is amazing, The music is clear and the volume is adjustable. I love listening to music on them and exercising. BUT the sound and volume when talking, such as answering the phone is very low and the volume adjustment is poor. I have looked up how to adjust the volume for talking and I did everything suggested and it remains uncomfortably low. i feel like I have to strain to have a simple conversation. I do not have that issue with my Bose overear headphones. It is perplexing because the music volume is phenomenal but the taking volume is trash.

I am one of those skeptics. Didn't know how good they would sound, how they fit or anything, but I kept being curious. So I bought them on their sale. I got the blue carbon, added the app, put them on, synced them(easily),? and once my music came on?. Ya, I wasn't a skeptic anymore. I'm telling u right now?. DONT PASS THESE UP! They sound exactly what they are supposed to, and better! Other reviews say "it's hard to put on, it doesn't sound great, it's hard to adjust the sound, don't stay on ears"? No! It's all easy. Ya, it may need mini adjustments, but it stays put on ur ears! Ya it is a bit discomfiting, but it's nothing crazy. Overall: GET THEM! ????
