I really like this and allows you to use your AD/xplor 100 or any of the magnetic round head strobes. I'm using them with the Para-Snap softboxes and it's easy to install. A exra benifit that i didn't notice initially is that you can also use the Round Head accessories and easliy jell this think. Awesome, thinking about buying another set. You will need the Glow ParaPop OTA-C Softbox Adapter to complete the setup.
