Excellent performance GF 250mm lens!
This lens exceed my expectation in terms of performance and build quality. The sharpness of the lens is outstanding and I have also purchase the 1.4x tele converter to use with it (becomes a 350mm F5.6). The sharpness is still very good with just a small decrease in sharpness (not very noticeable unless you magnify to 200%). I have also the use the Hasselbald HC300mm F4.5 on my GFX 100 to compare with. The Fuji lens is sharper and the contrast is crisp (at 250mm). The price of HC300mm with the H adpater cost over $5500 which makes the Fuji lens with the 1.4x converter very compatible in price. The HC300mm is bulky and heavy with no build in OIS.

Amazingly sharp corner to corner
This lens is amazingly sharp corner to corner. Moreover it can be used for macro in combination with the Fuji 45 lens extension tube. The nice thing about the extension tube is it maintains rapid and accurate autofocus. The lens itself gives good bokeh useful for portraits. It is well built.. a bit heavy but balances very well. The image stabilizer is superb. I debated between 4 and 5. Price brought it down to a 4 but functionally a 5.
