The cyan cartridge didn't work. The only option given was to order a replacement, but instead I decided to replace the printer (with another brand).

I purchased directly from HP Shop. I got a bad cartridge. They have been 0 help!!!!! I pd $155 and they are no help!!! I have spoken with a rep from HP that promised they would do something. Again no help. Hp does not care about you!!!! I have spent hours on the phone. 1 promised they would send a new cartridge. Nope still don't have it!!! Every time i call, they don't have a case number!! Even if i give them the case number, they day it had been closed!!! Very frustrating ??

The product is good l like the printer but i used to get the 951xl which i can no longer find. What happened to that product.

After spending almost $160 on ink I bought an Epson tank printer. I won't buy another HP product. I'm replacing my HP PC with a Mac. Both my sons and a number of friends have made the same decision.

Priced yourself out of repeat business

HP951 color cartridges perform well and were delivered very quickly and at no charge. It was much better value to purchase them online from HP than it was at our local Staples.

The best cartridges I had purchased for life. I have using everyday without any problems. I had previously purchased cartridges but returned them and get credited to my account.

HP 951 was good. Problem is - it shipped in brown kraft paper envelope, offering no protection for the product. So, the HP packaging was crushed. It was a gift; I didn't like giving it in a crushed box.

Poor shipping / packaging

I was delighted in how easy it was to receive the cartridges I needed and how quickly they arrived at my home. I had go to the regular stores I ordinarily use to purchase my needed cartridges (Walmart, Target, Costcos) but they were all of them out of supply. Thus, I turned to the internet and the HP page, entered my order, and days later they were in my printer. Thanks, HP

Very Easy Process

The Ink is good. I used to use it all the time. Good old days.

The cartridges were faulty caused the printer to fail could not send them back because I got no help from HP customer service. HP basically stole $150 dollars from me.

HP cheated me

HOnis the most difficult to set up, the most buggy, and has the lowest print quality in the entire industry. They have the most expensive ink and they have chips in their ink refills that prevent you from trying to use a 3rd party ink supplier. Never buy HP products. They're garbage and the competition is a better value. Buy a Brother printer instead.

Horrible experience. Cartridges were sent from a Co. In Miami, the Yellow one showed as empty. I returned the whole package and they issued a partial refund. They owe me $36 dollars. Had to dispute through my bank. I will never order it again, rather go to the store, as I did.

HP purchase, regret it.

I've used hp products for 8 years, they perform well. New printer cartridges always work well, and I keep a full set ahead, and they don't seem to mind waiting a month or two before being used.

Pleased with product

No problem. Product is genuine HP versus the non-HP stuff available in kiosks so it works fine BUT it is expensive.

Don't bother unless you're sure the printer is still under way! Threw away $130.00 on ink I can't use or return

Very disappointed

Printer ran on a black ink. We placed the black cartridge with this new one then the printer started giving an error that I could not clear. Tried to contact HP but it's not possible to talk to a live person. Try a whole variety of solutions based on a Google search. Nothing worked. The good news is HP accepted a full refund of the cost for this cartridge when I returned it.

Didn't Work

There was a problem with these cartridges and I returned them to HP in the return envelope provided. HP has not yet issued the credit on my account. It has been a month ago.
