HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
I have been more than satisfied with the performance of my HP Officejet Pro 8600. I am devastated that the printer, and ink cartridges are being discontinued. Please let me know if/when you have a clearance sale of existing 950 and 951 cartridges. TY

I have found that buy buying ink direct from HP it is the most economical source for purchasing original ink to keep my HP printer operating properly.

Bad Cartridges
These cartridges damaged my printer because they were not sealed. If there were sealed, the three color cartridges would have been full and there were not. As soon as I installed them, "printer failure" came up and there was no successful way to reset or clear the failure. Now I don't have a printer because these ink cartridges ink and or printer system and it won't be an HP. I had this HP 8610 and I loved it. I only printed ocassionally so it was like new. Terrible experience.

Warning: something is not right with these cartridges
I think these cartridges damaged my printer. My 8610 had never had a problem until I installed these. Right away, I got an "ink system failure" message. Three of the so-called "new" cartridges weren't even full. HP sent me new cartridges and the same issue happened with HP replacements. I suspect these cartridges may have damaged my printhead. I think HP owes me a new printhead for my 8610 printer. Over the years, I hardly use my printer. It was like new. Now I need a whole new printer. And I am not buying an HP.

Fake HP Ink
I ordered ink from Amazon, and sadly it wasn't HP. I didn't realize it for months because I didn't need it. But when I did, it didn't work as well and my printer complained about it. I will only order from HP in the future. There are a lot of fakes out there so you have to be vey careful.

The Demise of the HP 950/951 Inkjet Cartridge
I've always used genuine HP inkjet cartridges in my Officejet Pro 8600 printer and they've always functioned flawlessly. My only disappointment was learning that HP is discontinuing production of the 950/951 Series cartridges. Please reconsider your decision HP! So many customers are now forced to look at aftermarket products and their unpredictable results.

Best for my HP printer
My HP printer is 10 years old and I have never used anything other than HP ink or paper for it. It is still a great printer.

HP Customer Support is awful ??
I purchased directly from HP Shop. I got a bad cartridge. They have been 0 help!!!!! I pd $155 and they are no help!!! I have spoken with a rep from HP that promised they would do something. Again no help. Hp does not care about you!!!! I have spent hours on the phone. 1 promised they would send a new cartridge. Nope still don't have it!!! Every time i call, they don't have a case number!! Even if i give them the case number, they day it had been closed!!! Very frustrating ??

Priced yourself out of repeat business
After spending almost $160 on ink I bought an Epson tank printer. I won't buy another HP product. I'm replacing my HP PC with a Mac. Both my sons and a number of friends have made the same decision.

Best Cartridge Price available at HP
HP951 color cartridges perform well and were delivered very quickly and at no charge. It was much better value to purchase them online from HP than it was at our local Staples.

Poor shipping / packaging
HP 951 was good. Problem is - it shipped in brown kraft paper envelope, offering no protection for the product. So, the HP packaging was crushed. It was a gift; I didn't like giving it in a crushed box.

HP cheated me
The cartridges were faulty caused the printer to fail could not send them back because I got no help from HP customer service. HP basically stole $150 dollars from me.

HP purchase, regret it.
Horrible experience. Cartridges were sent from a Co. In Miami, the Yellow one showed as empty. I returned the whole package and they issued a partial refund. They owe me $36 dollars. Had to dispute through my bank. I will never order it again, rather go to the store, as I did.

Pleased with product
I've used hp products for 8 years, they perform well. New printer cartridges always work well, and I keep a full set ahead, and they don't seem to mind waiting a month or two before being used.

No problem. Product is genuine HP versus the non-HP stuff available in kiosks so it works fine BUT it is expensive.
