there is no right click button, you need to tap with 2 fingers, not sure why they would do this because the pad has a left click bottom left. Also the screen is starting to act up glitch, most likely will be returning.

I purchased this for my 80 year old father and it was so easy to set up and he was able to use it right away. He just uses it to browse the internet and check his email. He loves it and is very happy with the ease of use and speed.

I got this HP Chromebook to replace a failing 11 year old HP laptop. As far as I can tell the Google system is not what this review is for so I'll stick to the machine: I like the fact it has up to 3 ports for flash drives. Light weight and thin. Fast! This could be attributed more to the OS but the Microsoft OS laptop I had was getting very slow. Simple keyboard plus the computer turns on by itself when opened. So far no problems.

Wish it had more user functions and was more user friendly. Control panel settings need to be obvious and they are not. But the speed is good, the quality is good. Its a great size and weight. I havent dove into trying to create a document yet, so hopefully its easy. HP made it easy to purchase this.

I bought this because a friend was using my main laptop for a little while. I needed something that was better than a tablet but not as expensive as the laptop. This product is awesome. it can almost do what a laptop can. I need two things to be added. A CAPS LOCK key and right-click, especially the right-click on the mouse pad. I'm not sure why either of these options were left out. Not having these two options is THE only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. I love my Chromebook. Use it everyday.

I never got to use the laptop because it malfunctioned as soon as it powered on. This is the second chromebook I have had from HP in the last year, the first one malfunctioned as well and was deemed unrepairable by HP. I requested a full refund will not buy another Chromebook.
