The unit features a combination circuit breaker and master power switch, providing a secure and convenient way to control power flow. Each AC outlet is a NEMA 5-15R, rated for 15 amps, and is strategically rotated to accommodate "wall wart" power supplies, enhancing the usability of the unit.The Junior Power Distribution Unit is not just about power distribution; it also offers basic voltage protection and AC noise suppression. It houses a fast-acting metal oxide varistor (MOV) that clamps voltage spikes between the incoming line and neutral leads. This feature, coupled with a capacitor, reduces the level of AC line interference, ensuring cleaner and safer AC voltage for your equipment.The unit also boasts a 15-amp circuit breaker and a maximum current rating of 12 amps, providing an optimal balance between power supply and safety.
