I have had these for about a year now and they aren't that great they keep turning on at random even in the case not being touched and won't charge unless you wiggle them around in the case and recently the same piece came off on both earbuds exposing the back of the speakers and the wires to anything and also will randomly glitch out and repeat audio until it resets itself I'd recommend staying away from these and getting actual Klipsch speakers which are amazing but again don't buy these earbuds they aren't worth it

Bought over a year ago. Warranty expired. Not used very often. One loses battery power in very short order.

Amazing sound quality, very comfortable to wear, customer service at Klipsch is some of the best I've ever had, but these headphones break constantly? I've had them for a bout 2 years and I've replaced them 5 times.. 2 of them didn't even work out of the box. If you're gonna spend that kind of money on headphones, they should last. Buy these from an authorized dealer, cause you're gonna want that warranty.

Bought these about 2 years ago, and they have been some pretty rugged headphones. The sound quality is still great but my only complaint is the case itself. If the charging case runs out of power but your headphones still have some battery left the earbuds will not shut off once you have put them in the case. I've had to disconnect the bluetooth on my phone just to get the earbuds to turn off.(they shut off if they cant connect to a bluetooth source). They also might not shut off after you put them away and the case still has power. They also randomly disconnect while they are connected to my phone every now and again. I would give these a higher rating if it was just a software issue that could be fixed with a simple update but I am pretty sure its a hardware issue or design issue within the case itself. Overall not a bad product by any means but its not a GREAT product either. Causes inconveniences more often than not.

The quality and fit of these are amazing for the price, but I'm on my second pair and the right ear bud no longer connects to the charging case, even after all of the troubleshooting. The first pair I had were replaced after 9 months due to firmware problems, but this pair is at the 13 month mark so Klipsch will no longer replace them. I don't want to pay $250 every year for new headphones, despite the good quality of these. I'm probably going to look at Sony or Bose because of this repeated connectivity issue.

Poor connectivity. If I had my phone in my left pocket, the right earbud would disconnect/reconnect often. Very poor fit, no matter the tip used. Had multiple people try and they couldn't get them to stay in. Battery life is abysmal. Never got more than a couple hours use from either bud. I've been a huge Klipsch fan for years but these are just crap. So annoying that I chucked one against the wall. Still have the left one but it's basically useless. Now I'm down to maybe 20 minutes of use on a full charge.

Purchased a pair and the right earphone kept shutting off. Did everything told to try. No success contacted tech support. They were great to deal with. They sent me a second pair in exchange for the faulty pair I purchased. Received the new pair now the left ear of the new pair they sent me is doing the same thing. As the previous ones. Very disappointed to expensive to be having this issue on both pairs.

Payed a little extra for these earbuds because I liked the look of them and the klipsch sound quality. These come with 6 different size ear ear tips and i.have tried everyone of them and they still just fall out of my ears.

I had the Klipsch t5 2 and drop them in a zink with water and now they don't work, they will not repair them at the store i got it from because it's my fault it went in the water but they should be waterproof.

Let's me start by saying I consider myself to be an audiophile. I have owned many top brands over the years including Klipsch. These are by far the worst earbuds I have ever purchased! The sound is average at best, they won't stay in my ears no matter what tip is used, the battery life is pathetic, and they constantly disconnect and shut down. I literally just threw them across the room! Klipsch is a major disappointment as of lately.

They work very well. Love the sound. I did a little shopping around. I could have paid more for another branded of ear phones, but the quality of the sound would not have matched the price.

These have great sound for music but to Mitch background noise for phone calls other then that they are great I don't like how the noise cancelling goes of and on with commercials but they are great sounding do download the app so you can control the eq and other features

Out of the box, I charged both buds just do discover that the left one reached 100%, the right one went up to 64%. After using them for twenty minutes or so, the left one remained at 100%, while the right one drop to 32%. It's a shame, the sound coming out of the buds, is fantastic. Bought them trough Amazon, so I'm sending them back.

Meh, they sound ok. Comfortable fit, nice build quality. But I find the separate earpiece connection sync to be annoying. At anything other than the last extreme sale price, they are not worth the money.

These earbuds boast a very nice sound quality with a lot of clarity and good bass. I especially like the option to custom set my own EQ in the mobile app. The high quality gunmetal case is a definite bonus, and a touch of class. There are plenty of different size ear fittings, so there shouldn't be a problem matching any ears out there. My only small complaint is the app constantly has to "reconnect" to the earbuds, even if the app has been open the entire time, and the buds are still in use. You'd think it would only have to connect the first time, but no dice. Be prepared for the app to reconnect every time you unlock your phone, whether it already connected before or not. Although I wouldn't pay full price for these earbuds, if you can nab them at a value, they come highly recommended for great, crystal clear sound quality and a nice package to boot. The ANC buds at the higher price point didn't appeal to me, because that "gesture" based control stuff looked gimmicky, and I don't want the buds to go berserk on me when I move my head. I went with these, and I think they more than fit the bill. They don't have ANC, but they have transparency capability.

I must confess the audio quality of my purchase is quite good, I am having an issue with the fit of the product. I am experiencing discomfort which requires constant adjustment in the ears. I have not had them for a month yet so I am experimenting with the different plugs. They also have a tendency to become dislodged and fall from my ears.
