I have run with these for 3 years connected to my Apple Watch. They have always sounded great and pair smoothly.

I have had 3 pairs all sent from the factory as warranty replacements ALL had th same problem the right earbud does not charge. Connectivity is always sketchy Don't waste your money customer service is okay because they keep sending me new ones but one guy at customer support said they had a bad batch of batteries and components 2 years ago and they're just getting them out of the system for some reason they're not allowed to send money back they have to send more shoddy components or replacements now they're sending me a Bluetooth speaker let's see how that works I would not purchase the t5 anything ANC or not

If they would both hold a charge I would like them a lot! No matter how I try to keep them synced, fully charged out overnight, within 10 minutes the left one is always telling me low battery and then disconnects and I'm left with only the right one. This happens without exception. I thought it was me paring them incorrectly, so I didn't reach out during the warranty period, but I am sure that it is them not after seeing the other reviews. I also couldn't get the little rubber pieces that were supposed to hold them in your ear to fit me properly as I had a much snugger fit when I rotated them further in my ear, but then that piece was useless so I just took it off. The earbuds didn't fall off so I guess that isn't terrible, but it was just a waste of a feature and likely my money. I would not recommend these to anyone based on my experience.

These earbuds are Amazing, and fit! I've had many Top of the Line earbuds from Sony, Bose, Beats, Samsung and Soundcore and these have by far come to the Top of my Lost as the Best next to Soundcore Liberty 3. Noth fit and have sounds that you've never heard. I would Highly recommend!

First off, they sound amazing. I bought a pair and the left one would not work no matter how many times I went through the set-up and reset processes. I emailed Klipsch and they sent me another pair. I had the same problem but reverse ears, so I swapped the left and rights and paired them. They work now but only stay charged for 30 minutes. I've downloaded the app, I believe they're up to date. I wish they worked better because they sound great.

I purchased the PGA ones in summer of 2021 and they worked well until about 2 months ago. Klipsch was gracious enough to send me a new set because, well let's be real, a $275 set of earbuds should last way longer than 2 years. Anyway, I received my new pair, set them up and I am already experiencing the same issue with the new set. They do not keep a charge long, I'm thinking perhaps because they don't fit well within the provided case. Any kind of moving around or jostling of the case, like in a backpack, seems to connect them to my phone and begin to use the battery. I wouldn't recommend paying the amount they're asking for earbuds that don't last very long. I do appreciate Klipsch Customer Service for trying to rectify my situation, unfortunately their engineering department can't back it up to make it worth anything.

I'm using them for 2 years. Grip is amazing. Sound is great. But when you do voice calls or record voice messages the mic quality is walkie talkie, too much compressed.

I bought these a while ago and since the first day I bought them, I've had issues. First when I got them the battery life was at 20%. Ok so they need to be charged... However the headphone case was still at 2 out of 3 bars so I plugged it in and charged the case with the headphones in. Next morning... Head phones did not charge... WFT!! So I troubleshoot and took the wings off and tried again. Got home from work 9hrs later, and headphones got up to 80%. Ok not bad... So I tried them and they sounded great! Then after about 45min one side died... Ok... Put them back in charger and next morning tried again. 80%... And then they died again 45min later!! WFT!! Troubleshoot again and left them out for 48hrs and then charged... 90%!! Yes!! Started to listen and started to work great. Fast forward 9 months later. Started doing the same thing, 80% charge die 45min later. Again left them out for 48hrs and then charged, 60%!! WFT!! Die 15min later.... Did this a few times and same result. Contacted Amazon and had to go to Klipsch since it was over 90 days. Contacted Klipsch and they didn't have the McLaren in stock so I asked if they could to the T5 ANC McLaren instead. They said yes. So get the new ones and they don't charge from Day 1!!! Klipsch wanted me to dot the same thing with the new ones I did with the old ones. Same result!! Won't charge. I feel Klipsch is dropping the ball on quality. Why should I as the customer have to do QC checking and get product that doesn't work from day 1!! Do not recommend! I I have a set of bookshelf speakers with their 12" sub that I love! Do not buy their headphones! I've had now 3 pairs that won't charge or hold a charge!!

At first I thought it was my device but after switching devices I noticed that I'd be watching a YouTube video and the earbuds would just disconnect no matter what device. They were still under warranty so I contacted klipsch and they accepted the defective ones and sent me a new pair. Unfortunately the new pair had issues as well. The right one never held a charge. Watched it go from 75% down to 6% in less than a minute. Klipsch responded with offering me a sound bar or a Bluetooth desk speaker. I own a Klipsch surround sound system and I also own plenty of Bluetooth speakers. I have contacted them again but I'm sure they'll say that's the best they can do.

Bought these earbuds (refurbished) around a year ago. Sound quality is above average. Comfort and component quality are the limiting factors. Poor comfort example: Once moisture gets between the bud and the outer rubber earpiece, the bud is always falling out of the rubber piece and it's always rotating/never sits right in your ear. Poor hardware quality example: The liquid electrical tape, or whatever is holding the speaker to the connector and wires is weak/not very heat resistant. This allows the speaker to disconnect from the connector making the earbud worthless.

Charged product upon arrival and paired with phone. Right ear bud died in two minutes. Charged and tried again with same results. Right ear bud would not charge. Sound quality is meh at best so just returned for refund. There are better products out there. Shame because I love the Klipsch home theatre speakers. This product I rate a zero.

The earbuds had an awesome price and looked amazing! They fit perfectly in my ear the sound was good for the price. The shipping was to my home very quick. The con the left earbud does not hold a charge. I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought these a little over a year ago and I am happy to say they work just as amazing as the first day I bought them. They are my first klipsch product and I am more than impressed. They stay connected great, sound quality is amazing and the transparency mode is incredible. I can use them at the gym, on runs, working on cars, and even when riding my dirtbike in competition motocross. No connection issues and they are durable. The case has fallen out of my pocket riding a motorcycle at 70mph and they survived. I've accidently dropped one earbud into the water about 3 ft deep and it still works great. Pleasantly surprised, and the little McLaren x Klipsch booklet and the metal card of authentication is a neat touch

You can literally watch the battery level in the left earphone drain before your eyes. The left earphone will drain from a complete charge to zero and shut off in 3 minutes. This problem occurred right out of the box. I completed a factory reset and the problem remains. I contacted Customer service and the representative informed me it is a known defect with their headphones and as a result Klipsch has discontinued earphones. These earphones were a gift making a receipt un-available. Oh well.

This sounds like a broken record but I have experienced the same problem as most. One earbud will not fully charge and then discharges quickly. And to top it off, I'm on my third pair. Purchased the first pair and have received 2 sets under warranty. All 3 have been the same right out of the box. I just opened my 4th support ticket. There seems to be a pattern here and nothing is being done about it. Very disappointed in this so called "high end" product. $199.00 for this? No way, not when the competitors are putting out way better performance and purer sound for less than half that price.

Useless after less than 6 months. Randomly drop connection and unable to pair, charging inconsistent, one earbud lost volume to the point i thought it wasn't connecting anymore was barely audible at full volume. Finally reached the point where they would no longer connect to any device. Waste of money.

Best klipsch headphones I have bought. Only down side is can't seem to buy extra outer rubber pieces. Over time and use they begin to slide and don't stay in place

The case is pretty meh as my headphones constantly turn on for no reason, leaving me wondering why all of my audio stooped, only to find that they connected while in their case, closed, and charged. i bought them in july on a huge sale, and thats the only reason im not upset about it. if i spent 200 on them i would have felt like it was a complete waste of every penny. the sound quality is above par for sure, when they fit, and if you're actually trying to use them. worth the sale price, but in my opinion not the full one.

Like the sound and they fit pretty well. My only beef is I can't find aftermarket foam ear tips for these. My ears don't like silicone and inserting them deep enough for a good seal is not comfortable. Because of this I like the T5 sport set I just picked up on a great sale better. I love the T5 sport set's sound with the foam tip seal.

The sound is fine when they work. However, they frequently and randomly brick. When they brick there is nothing that can be done other than to leave them out of the charging case for 48 hours, then recharge them and hope they will work again. I'm on my second set and this issue has happened with both sets. Not worth the money and I only paid ~$60 for them.

Right earbud refuses to charge. I did a factory reset and tried also without the silcone tip, no avail. After 24H in the box it shows 48% which goes to zero in about 30 seconds. I have sent it back and now waiting for a replacement. I cannot comment on any of the functions or the quality of the sound as I didn't manage to listen to music yet... Let's hope the new pair will be better.

Had them for a few months and the plastic piece that hold the ear tips in place cracked and caused the ear tip and a piece of the earbud to be stuck in my ear. I thought I might have to go to the hospital to get it removed but luckily I was able to get it with a pair of tweezers.
