It works great as an adapter. You will get some serious vignette especially with a longer lens. It is minimal with my 35mm prime lens but it is almost unusable with my zoom lens. It is very sturdy and strong just don't think you are getting a speed booster.

Good adapter if you don't mind a little vignette

Works like it's supposed to . It has a solid build and it oozes quality.  Bought it to use my IRIX 15 2.4 (Nikon version ) manual lens on the Panasonic S1R.

Solid Build and Quality

There are a few options of Nikon Lens to L mount adapter, but, I tend to choose this one despite its price. It resembled the fine metal construction of Metabones AF adapters for other lens/mount. Feels solid, precisely go into the mount and I have no issue on focusing/getting infinity. It feels better while mounting a lens with hope it won't scratch.
