The Product I've been Waiting For

The MagBox Pro Speedring is my new favorite thing. It immediately earned a permanent place in my go bag. I love my AD300 Pros but often have to fight with the modifier. Now I can use my favorite light with my favorite modifier (Magbox Octa24). I'll be ordering another ASAP!

Much better!

I've always loved the convenience of the speed ring, but if it was windy outside, the soft box would blow off. These updated ones are much better and it locked in with a strong magnetic pull.

Upgraded speedring is much stronger than version 1

The new bowens speedring holds the larger 42'' PRO softbox a TON better than the first version, which was made for the smaller original 24" softbox. Now I have no issues using this in all conditions, inside and outside, even in the wind.

Problem Solved

This Bowens Ring solves the problem of the newest 42" model softbox not being compatible with the first generation ring model (compatible only with the original 25" modifier). Combo set up is perfect for studio portrait or product shoots. A must!!

MagMod has solved the longtime problem of the assembly of boxed or octagonal modifiers. The MagMod Speedring Adaptor is the first step in an overall brilliant magnetic assembly system that is fast, easy, reliable and unbreakable. On a recent shoot, I handed an unassembled MagBox Pro 24 Octa and a MagMod Speedring to my set designer (who dabbles in photography) and timed him as he assembled it in 25 seconds. And then he grinned and said, "where can I buy one of these?" Sublime. Congratulations.
