The Z f Mirrorless Camera's autofocus system, built from Deep Learning technology, recognizes a wide range of common subjects, from people and pets to vehicles and aircraft. It provides precise focus and tracking for each subject, ensuring your photos are always sharp and clear. The camera also features Eye-Detection AF for photos and videos, automatically locking onto the eyes of subjects, even when they're small in the frame.
Capture high-speed action with up to 30 fps using the silent electronic shutter, or 14 fps with the mechanical shutter. The Z f Mirrorless Camera also offers a pre-release capture feature, recording the moments before you press the shutter release button, ensuring you never miss a shot.
The camera's Deep Learning technology also enhances Auto Mode, analyzing your shooting situation and automatically adjusting aperture, ISO, and shutter speed to match your intentions. This feature allows you to capture beautiful portraits with background blur or keep all faces in focus for group shots.
The Z f Mirrorless Camera boasts the widest ISO range among Z Series Cameras, offering ISO 100-64,000 for stills and ISO 100-51,200 for video. It also features AF detection down to -10 EV, allowing you to detect faces and even eyes in extremely dark scenes.
The camera's built-in creativity features include a dedicated Black & White Mode, 96MP Ultra-High Resolution Stills, and Picture Controls & Creative Picture Controls. It also offers flexible video options, including 4K/60p and 1080/120p slow-motion, and over 2 hours of continuous recording.
