With the Rycote XLR-3F 62 Medium Modular Suspension, you can ensure optimal sound quality for your small diaphragm condensers, such as the Sennheiser MKH 50 or the Schoeps CMC Series. Specifically designed for microphones up to 160mm in length and with a diameter of 19-25mm, this suspension system features a 3-Pin XLR connector for seamless integration.

The Rycote XLR-3F 62 Medium Modular Suspension offers complete isolation from handling and cable-borne noises, thanks to its innovative cradle arrangement that utilizes Lyre suspension webs. These patented Lyre webs are not only robust but virtually unbreakable, as they do not rely on elastic or rubber components that are susceptible to wear and tear.

Replacing the original silicone O-rings suspension, these backward-compatible Lyre webs can be purchased separately to upgrade older suspensions. With five varieties of Lyre suspension webs available, you can customize your audio setup to your specific needs (see Kit Contents Tab for details).

This product also includes a Rycote Pistol-grip with an integral XLR MarkII holder and boom adaptor (with 3/8" adaptor), making it suitable for both handheld and boom operation.

For maximum reduction in unwanted noise, a Connbox is fitted to Medium Suspensions (Windshield Kits 1- 11). The Connbox effectively breaks the transmission path of cable-borne noise, significantly reducing handling noise and enhancing your audio quality.

To ensure the best performance, this suspension system exclusively uses ultra-soft, flexible Mogami cable and gold pin Neutrik 3-pin XLR's, known for their superior conductivity and durability.
