Swing and a miss ??
Great sounding. No HDMI eARC (only optical output) is unacceptable in the year 2025. This also means I can't control volume with my TV's remote. Didn't know this until install day with unit mounted on the wall. I regret this purchase.

Great soundbar for my bedroom
Got this for my bedroom to use on the desk and must say, using it below the monitor instead of having some small speakers on the sides made wonders for managing space. Plus, it has a similar sound to the Sonos One, but being stereo it gives a wider soundstage. Very pleased with the quality for the size.

Great quality
Nice size for a bedroom, small living room. As always with Sonos it has great sound. After already owning the Sonos Ace headphones, syncing to the new Ray is as simple as pressing a button on the headphones. The Ray offers excellent sound quality

4.5 stars. Great sound, easy set up.
Used on primary TV in living room. Great sound projection. It's been a little quirky with the TDS Universal Remote as it's had to be set up three times and keeps forgetting it. Could very well be a remote and not a speaker issue, though. Volume control works perfectly through the app.

Sound is great, wish it had a remote.
The soundbar was easy to set up and the app is very easy to use and useful. However, the sound bar was not compatible with the TV remote and I wish the unit included it's own remote. The app is on my phone and my wife will not install it on her's. So, I wish it came with it's own remote.

Luvin me some SONOS
I needed better sound than the standard speaker that comes with the TV so I bought the Sonos Ray and I'm truly enjoying it and how easy it was to set up. It integrates well with the rest of my Sonos equipment.

Great sound for a compact sound bar and a good price
For the money and ease of adding to my existing Sonos network this was a great purchase; I'd argue it sounds better than my existing play bars at a fraction of the playbar price.

Awesome Speaker
We use it in our 40' motorhome, mostly for TV and it makes a world of difference, so much so that we are now planning to purchase one for our home TV. As older folks (over 80) our hearing has diminished and trying hear and understand the TV with rooftop A/C running was next to impossible until we hooked up this speaker. This sound bar is amazing, we love it!

A good alternative to some of their more expensive soundbars
This is a good alternative to some of the more expensive Sonos soundbar products. With that said, don't expect the same sound, but for the price it is well worth it for a decent sound experience. I also like the feature in the app to setup the speaker specifically for the spoken audio.

My wife and I agree that for the first time we can better understand dialogue in both TV shows and movies due to the superior ability of the Ray speakers to provide clarity of speech. Other manufacturers have claimed their product could do this but we were very disappointed in the performance of the product.

I thought I'd try the Ray sound bar to replace some existing ones, to try to get more clear dialog, which most sound bars don't really bring out over all the background noise and music these days. I'm happy to say that the experiment was a success and I can hear voices and dialog much better than previously. I also love the simplicity of the setup and integration with my existing Sonos system.
