Good headphones
I bought them about a month ago. The sound is terrific and I replace my almost 6 years old ones with these ones. However, one reason I bought new ones was that they were disconnecting from my LG TV and I still have the same problem. It's easier to tell the TV to connect them but after 2-3 days of use, it disconnects the headphones and I have to pair them again. I'm disappointed though happy with the sound and ease of connecting them.

Headphones stop connecting to anything!
I bought the headphones less than a month ago and now they won't connect to anything.
Not my phone or my TV!

Great comfort and noise cancellation
I bought these because I travel a lot and wanted something with better noise cancellation. These did not disappoint. On top of that they are very comfortable to wear on long flights overseas along with battery life to last the whole flight.

Premium, Comfort, Sounds
I almost purchased XM6 since I have XM5 but this is as good as it could get. Light weight, comfortable, premium feel. I love it.

Excellent headphones for the price
I bought these headphones yesterday and they're incredibly comfortable as well as very wide soundstage for whats it worth the battery life hasn't been tested just yet as well as the clarity and compared to my airpods pro but however if its anything worthwhile i think these are gonna shape up to be my goto headphones now for the foreseeable future as well as the boise cancellation is an excellent addition to itself.

Great Replacement
This is my second pair of Bose headphones. The first were in daily use for 8 years and served me well.
The latest pair are incredibly. Great battery life, amazing sound quality and noise cancelling.
So glad I trusted Bose.

Very good headphones.
I've had the QuietComfort headphones from their 35 (mk2) onwards, as well as the aviation headsets. Each generation seems to bring very minor improvements and this is no different. Noise cancellation is improved yet again, but was always great all the way back to the earlier QC versions. It's still an excellent headset, great sound, features and build quality. QC35 II through standard QC rely strictly on physical tactile buttons. The QC Ultra series introduced a modern hybrid approach featuring physical power/mode buttons alongside a touch-sensitive strip for volume control, which I must admit isn't really much of an improvement over buttons. I tend to inadvertently change volume more on these than on my QC35's. Noise reduction and sound are marginally better but probably not worth the premium increase if you're paying full RRP. Only other minor negative is that apparently this version doesn't work with the cable for audio if the battery runs flat.

Fantastic listening experience
The listening experience with these headphones is wonderful. They are super comfortable to wear, music and call quality is fantastic and the noise cancelling even in a noisy office is exceptional. The one area where these headphones have gone backwards from my previous plantronics is the microphone voice isolation. I'm finding I need to mute my mic far more often in the office when workmates are speaking nearby. I'll keep tweaking settings on shoftware and the headphones to see if I can get improvements in this one area

Serious Upgrade
Previously had the QC35 II, which were very good but these are a serious upgrade. Lighter, more comfortable and even better noise cancelling and sound quality.

Light and comfortable
They are the most comfortable of all, could be slightly louder but I guess it's good for my ears not to be too loud. I tried Sony and those are much lighter and the best. Battery life is really good too.

Still the best
I've relied on Bose noise cancelling headphones to soften my international business travel for over 30 years. This latest version is definitely the best. My only comment is to bring back the buttons for volume - digital innards and analogue outers works best ??

Wife happy but I didn't think they cancelled noise
I bought these for my wife's birthday but as her phone was android 12 I had to buy her a new phone so she could use headphones. I tried them but could still hear outside noises but as my wife's hearing is not as god as mine she was happy with them, I would not buy these for myself.

Sound great - noise cancellation disappointing
I've had it for two weeks. I chose it over the Sony for sound and comfort. Noise cancellation appeared fine in shop. Sound is fantastic; comfort is good. I am disappointed by the noise cancelling - I expected more. On the bus, there is noise from all angles and some angles are not covered. I sat on the bus with a noisy fan - well cancelled when looking ahead; with a tilt 45 degree to the side the fan was fully audible (perhaps my headphones are faulty). Conversations behind me also not that well cancelled.

Perfect. Just perfect.
I've had this product as well as the gen 1s and the bass at higher volumes is much clearer and more present, the firmware updates also helped the user experience a lot, a very deep and clear sound quality, overall the best pair of headphones I've ever owned.

What I've Been Waiting For!
Oh my GAWD-ESS! These headphones are absolutely what I have been waiting for! I was excited to scoop up these headphones when they were on sale during Prime Days (Bose competes with them during every sale, and I don't trust Amazon), plus I was able to add my 10% educator discount to sweeten the deal. I swear on my mama they are worth EVERY penny and then some! From the long battery life, (no, I haven't precisely timed it, but I've not run out with heavy usage), to the comfortable ear cups, to the ANC to the clear, amazing, adjustable sound profile (I love base-heavy music of any kind), I can't brag enough on this model. Honestly, I don't know how they can be improved, but I am sure Bose will think of something out-of-the-box, and I'm here for it! Thank you sooooo much to the folks at Bose. -- TC

No On/OFF = Stupid
I am completely unable to comprehend the stupidity of not having an on/off switch. Because no matter how well designed, obviously at some point they will not turn off properly and now your left with dead headphone. It would be one thing if there were not any buttons, but there is a button, so how does it make any sense to remove user control of the power. Which also could protect them from damage if it started raining heavily or something. Sure the sound is good, but isn't it with all high end headphones.
