They are the most comfortable of all, could be slightly louder but I guess it's good for my ears not to be too loud. I tried Sony and those are much lighter and the best. Battery life is really good too.

I've relied on Bose noise cancelling headphones to soften my international business travel for over 30 years. This latest version is definitely the best. My only comment is to bring back the buttons for volume - digital innards and analogue outers works best ??

I bought these for my wife's birthday but as her phone was android 12 I had to buy her a new phone so she could use headphones. I tried them but could still hear outside noises but as my wife's hearing is not as god as mine she was happy with them, I would not buy these for myself.

I've had it for two weeks. I chose it over the Sony for sound and comfort. Noise cancellation appeared fine in shop. Sound is fantastic; comfort is good. I am disappointed by the noise cancelling - I expected more. On the bus, there is noise from all angles and some angles are not covered. I sat on the bus with a noisy fan - well cancelled when looking ahead; with a tilt 45 degree to the side the fan was fully audible (perhaps my headphones are faulty). Conversations behind me also not that well cancelled.

I've had this product as well as the gen 1s and the bass at higher volumes is much clearer and more present, the firmware updates also helped the user experience a lot, a very deep and clear sound quality, overall the best pair of headphones I've ever owned.

Oh my GAWD-ESS! These headphones are absolutely what I have been waiting for! I was excited to scoop up these headphones when they were on sale during Prime Days (Bose competes with them during every sale, and I don't trust Amazon), plus I was able to add my 10% educator discount to sweeten the deal. I swear on my mama they are worth EVERY penny and then some! From the long battery life, (no, I haven't precisely timed it, but I've not run out with heavy usage), to the comfortable ear cups, to the ANC to the clear, amazing, adjustable sound profile (I love base-heavy music of any kind), I can't brag enough on this model. Honestly, I don't know how they can be improved, but I am sure Bose will think of something out-of-the-box, and I'm here for it! Thank you sooooo much to the folks at Bose. -- TC

I am completely unable to comprehend the stupidity of not having an on/off switch. Because no matter how well designed, obviously at some point they will not turn off properly and now your left with dead headphone. It would be one thing if there were not any buttons, but there is a button, so how does it make any sense to remove user control of the power. Which also could protect them from damage if it started raining heavily or something. Sure the sound is good, but isn't it with all high end headphones.

I received my headphones and thought they would be totally noise cancelling. They are not. I purchased them so I could read while the TV was on for family. They are very comfortable, but they are "just as good" as the other headphones I purchased previously for $120. I am deciding whether or not to return them Afterall they were well over $300.

The quality upgrade between V1 and these new V2 headphones is amazing. The noise cancellation is incredibly effective and unbelievably responsive in environments with varying levels of outside noise.

I really like the battery length, the clarity of the sound, and the comfort of the headset it amazing. I bought them for the noise cancellation feature. I have a neighbor that mows their lawn with a very loud lawnmower for 3 hours. It has affected me being out at my pool. I am thrilled to be able to use my headsets and all I hear is my music!

My boyfriend bought me these as a gift and they are incredible. Very crisp sound and great connection, the only thing that is a drawback is of course the connectivity with iPhone, you can't use hey Siri and answer phone calls with voice. They are extremely noise canceling, even on transparent mode I can barely hear a thing! Very comfortable too. I will say either my ears are very large or the ear cups are kind of small. They are extremely beautiful and aesthetic, the case is also high-quality and beautiful.

So far I am thinking I should have stayed with the previous model. They seem to disconnect randomly with my phone in my pocket. I am also not liking that they shut off whenever I lean too far forward. Sound quality is good, volume is not as strong.

Although sound is very good, when I have a conference call with Teams or Zoom, my colleagues on the meeting can hear everybody talking around me, even if I can't hear those people around be thanks to the noise reduction. If I'm talking, I can't turn on mute. I'd like to be able to reduce noise even for my microphone

A huge disappointment. The learning curve is too steep. No Printed Manual! (For what I paid you could have included a printed Manual) THe sound is not as good as I expected it to be. THey ARE comfortable. And whats with that folding left ear cup "Feature"? is it actually an engineering foul up or a brilliant marketing technique, whatever, its a weak design point. Asking the user to remove the ear cup to get the serial number is just an insult! I expected better from Bose.

i bought these not knowing how amazing they would be-the cinema mode is really way better than the previous model. Highly recommend-if I could make one recommendation it would be for them to cancel out very high pitch noises bc my hvac machine makes very high pitch noises that these dont cancel out but for normal noises, these are fantastic! I really love these! Run, dont walk, to buy these!
