Just took these on holiday, great on the plane . Very comfortable even for 8 hours. Easy controls. Great noise reduction and Immersive sound. Cool enough to wear round the pool!

This is my second pair. They didn't have the Violet ones when bought the first ones. They are incredibly comfortable for long wear on flights. Didn't realize there was a screaming child on my flight until I took them off for meal service. I didn't even have the volume up all the way just half. If you're on the fence about it, get them. It's one purchase you will never regret

Normally products would arrive in good condition. The outside packaging for delivery was ok but the inner box that contained the headphones looks like it's been kicked around on the floor. The headphones I received had been squashed and has a permanent crease at the bottom of the faux leather which I seem to always see when I put them on. Overall sound quality is very good and the Noise Cancelling is much better than its predecessor which I had. The band that sits on top of my head is a little too heavy and it just wants to come off when I lay down, especially when I move a little.

Incredibly underwhelming is what my first impression was, and unfortunately that hasn't changed. I would rather have less battery and more power they got very little jam to em. The quiet comfort earbuds have better bass and better noise cancelling, but these are definitely super comfy, just really disappointing

I bought these headphones a couple of weeks ago. I've been eyeing a Bose headset for a while years and finally made the purchase. I'm pretty happy with them overall. My previous headphones (Soundcore Life Q30s) had a feature I wish these had, which is switching on/off ANC by holding your hand over the right ear. I've gotten used to the button controlling this, but it's taking some adjustment. I would prefer the volume be controlled by two buttons instead of a swipe feature. I often need to just slightly adjust the volume, and the swipe doesn't give me the control I need to do that. For some reason, these tend to slip forward on my head throughout the day. It messes up my hair a little, but it's not a deal-breaker. There's also a strange change in ANC when the Bluetooth switches between my computer and my phone. A bit of static noise for a few seconds. Again, not a deal-breaker, but an annoyance.

I purchased headphones for an exceptionally long plane ride to eliminate the engine noise watching movies. Was seated right by the engine/wings. Wearing these headphones was like being in a soundproof booth. They were also extremely comfortable the entire trip.

Super comfortable fit. Noise cancelling is great on planes and in the office. I use it for taking calls, and the sound quality is great. Only issue is I wish there was the ability to have more granular volume controls. Getting volume as low as possible still sounds too loud for me, and I rarely use it to listen to music.

This is not my first pair of Bose Noise Canceling headphones but they are by far my BEST!!! I did not read this anywhere but found that all I had to do was swipe my finger up or down the side of the right ear to adjust the volume?. THANK YOU! I really appreciate having less buttons to try to navigate while my headphones are on my head. I wish I had ordered a different color other than black but the representative that I was speaking with was difficult to understand. I am still 5 star happy with my purchase!

Love the noise cancellation of these! Super comfortable to wear and great quality. Superior call quality and never have an issue with people hearing me. Only downside is that they aren't the best for working out, at least for me. They feel loose when I bend over to pick things up which stresses me out that they will fall. I'll stick with my QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds for the gym.

I bought this a week ago and it hasn't disappointed. It sounds generally the same as the first generation, but the bass is a little stronger and responsive. In very happy with it and won't be going back to anything else!

Not loving having to remember tones for modes. Maybe operator error but it won't link to my Samsung TV and can't see if it's in pairing mode when I'm wearing them. Otherwise, they compare well with my older QC earbuds for noise cancellation. I do wish there was an explicit switch to turn off Bluetooth.

I like quality and strong performance. The 2nd gen QC headphones look great and feel comfortable to wear. The 3 options for NC, Aware, Immersion & Quiet are a plus. I can hear just like I was in the video or music. I like the strong bass notes & detailed instrument sounds. I would recommend these headphones...

I've been a Bose fan from as far back as I can remember. Several years ago when I purchased my Bose Ultra Earbuds, and believing sound could not get any better, it did. I've had my new headphones for a little over one month, and the sound never stops amazing me. The highs, the lows, and everything in between comes thru loud, Clear, and distortion free. The bass is very satisfying while complementing the other music coming thru. I spent 25 years in the U.S. Air Force, with quite a few of those years In Japan and Okinawa. Going thru their music stores, for me, was like a little kid in a candy shop. I bought the best at really cheap prices before they hit the U.S. markets. I bought the best products by companies like Sony, Pioneer, and others, along with speakers such as Sansui and others that I just cannot remember anymore. These head phones are just the best I've ever heard, with tough competition from my Bose Ultra Earbuds. I'm so happy I have both! I always buy directly from Bose, and there are never any problems. I've had these for a little over a month now, and I can say these are the best headphones I've owned so far. I love that they don't become uncomfortable after hours of wear. Being able to customize the sound is the best feature, I have a feature for the gym, cleaning around the house, and for when I just want to relax and enjoy some good sound. Hands down a 10/10!

Overall happy with these headphones. Sound quality is good out of the box, they were easy to setup and connect to my devices (iPhone and Windows PC). Noise cancellation is great for everyday uses (e.g. at the office, coffee shop, home). I don't fly often so not sure about how these fair on an airplane but my AirPods Pro 2 were passable for that, so this should be fine. My only negative is that I wish the app had better EQ options. A five or 10 band EQ (or at least the option to switch it to that) would be nice to have. The sound is nice, but the default sound is very V-shaped (not a bad thing, necessarily). The bass is shockingly clean though, which really compliments the default sound signature.
