It has wonderful functions what it comes to Samsung memory. I choose Samsung for all my memory needs.

It has been the best ssd I've had in my life, i always had samsung and the 2 times I've went with something else like an iron forge or Seagate I have always regretted it but not once have I had any issues with any of my samsung ssd's

Very fast at writing data!
990 Evo plus works really well and is very fast at writing data and just as fast when reading it. I would recommend to everyone who uses solid state drives because you won't wanna go back!

Best M.2 in the market
The 990 Evo Plus is the best bang for buck if you want to have fast data speeds and load up in a game no less than 30 seconds. It's the best when it comes to booting up quick on windows. Definitely recommend it to gamers who hate long loading times

One of the best drives ever!
I needed an fast drive to put a bunch of my games on and this is one of the best drives to do it! The software support is amazing, and was as easy as popping it in and using it on my windows pc. Other than that it's just a really fast drive and I was able to get it up to the max speed capability of the drive. While there are better drives with PCIE 5 speeds this is really all you need and I was able to get it for a good price too.

Speed unleashed
Installed in my Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 laptop. Even coming from the Samsung 970, you can see a difference in speed. I elected for a fresh install because I thought a copy operation would take too long. I was wrong, it wasn't finished, but the system was usable after just an hour. I hadn't even realized I was doing a restore till programs started showing up. The really great part is that this drive can read and your faster than my computer. So, in theory, I'm getting the fastest speeds possible out of my machine thanks to this drive.

Fast? How about BLAZING fast.
Blazing fast SSD. Use one for my Windows directly and another for my gaming SSD. The way you load windows is quick. Takes seconds. Loading games is just as fast. I've been using Samsung SSD's for years and strongly stand by their NVMe products as some of the fastest on the market. If you are a gamer, or someone who wants their computer to function at high speeds, the reading and writing capacity for Samsung is as close to fast as you can get.

Super Fast & Rock Solid Storage
This SSD is blazing fast! I upgraded from a Gen3 drive and the difference is night and day. Easy to clone and install. FAST, really fast.
Easy to clone using Samsung Magician. Quick cloning from my previous 2Tb SSD. Really expanded my laptop memory for transferring pictures from my DSLR. Really fast, fast than my previous SSD. Easy to install without any issues. My laptop started on first try without any issues or losing any stored memory.

Great Reliable SSD
The 990 Evo Plus was a major upgrade over a cheaper no name SSD in my PC that was bought second hand. Has been super reliable and very speedy upgrade, speeds tested were reported right on mark for advertised speeds. Definitely recommend.
