Great desktop ssd upgrade
The ssd boot times are incredibly quick. Loading apps is like instantaneous. It really makes a huge difference in everyday use. Seriously considering upgrading every desktop I own.

Best drive ever!
I loved my 990 Evo Plus 4tb drive which I use as a backup drive so much that I bought another Samsung Evo Plus 990 1tb for my main drive. All I can say is WOW! The performance is off the charts faster than ever imagined! Compatibility is simple plug n play and everything works the first time and every time. I am very pleased with this drive and most likely will be buying others in the future! I have one had this drive and my backup 990 Evo Plus for a couple of months but the main reason I bought this product was reliability. You just can't get any better. Everything Samsung that I have ever owned has worked for me and that is a huge relief as I don't have to worry about it breaking down and not working when I need it the most!

Awesome Drive 990 evo-plus 4tb
The Samsung 990 Evo Plus 4tb is one awesome product. With 4tb you have all the room you need. I use mine for data backup only at this time. It is brand new to me and I'm still learning all there is to learn about this drive. Thus far, its doing everything that I need and want and doing it extremely fast. Zero wait time and zero issues! I love this drive so much that I bought another 990 Evo Plus 1tb as my main drive.

Quick and easy installation
I purchased the 990 EVO Plus to use with my new GalaxyBook Pro. The installation was quick and easy. I chose Samsung because they make products you can install an internal SSD, where as other brands require external devices to expand storage. I turned the laptop on once for initial set up before installing the SSD. So far it loads fast and has no problem running multiple programs at the same time. Highly recommend this SSD when paired with other Samsung devices.

Great workhorse drive
I bought the SSD as a secondary storage for my laptop. The drive was recognized without probmem and It has been a great workhorse. My complications and debug runtime are very fast. My vm sessions feel pretty seamless.

An Upgrade I Wish I'd Done Sooner!
Upgrade my 970 EVO Plus 500Mb to a 990 EVO Plus 2Tb and it's made a huge difference! Easy to install and transfer over my existing data and runs just as fast, if not faster with much more storage! Considering even buying a 2nd one!

Super fast
this thing is super fast when using the PCIE 5.0 lane on my motherboard. Im even using one on my PCIE 4.0 lane and its still super fast. theres a comparable difference when comparing the lanes though. even then 4tb of storage used in 2 different lanes and running this fast is incredible. def gives the Pro a run for its money.

I've had experiences using Samsung nvme drives for over a decade, and the latest ones have been just as consistent as the previous generations, They just work with pretty much every system and have amazing performance.

990 2TB SSD was perfect for extra storage for my son's new desktop. Samsung Magician made it easy to copy existing C drive with OS on to the Samsung SSD, making the C drive much more useful. It's my second 990 2TD SSD for 2 desktops and I couldn't be happier.

Expanded storage relief
Immense storage is great, perfectly compatible nvme drive with my M.O, and off-loaded any intense work away from my 2.5 ssd and by far no issue has happened since using it. Its a small and fast nvme piece of tech capable of smoothing out texture loadi ng and fast loading my large size games.

Solid solid state performance
I have trusted Samsung solid state devices for years. I use a pair of 990 1 TB NVMe m.2 SSDs in RAID 1 for my main laptop that has been in operation for over two years with no issues. They are fast and full compatible with my set up.

Amazing drive
It has had amazing performance with its speed and reliability. Its capacity is ok but that s because i bought the 1 tb. And with it 5.0 2x its compatibility with my rig is phenomenal.

Needed a new drive for an old laptop
Replacement for a HP Envy drive that was failing. 2TB was large enough for my needs & it seems faster than the original drive. Being SSD, it should be very reliable.

A great and reliable ssd
For my 990 evo, it has been super reliable lasting me multiple years without any problem, no file corruption. For the speed of the device I have limited wifi speeds but it still hit 300mb/s for read and write. For the capacity it is very good for my purpose as even with i think 40 games installed i still have 100Gb left. Additionally this drive has great compatibility as it worked for both my dad's server which he took apart and also for my pc.

It's a hard drive..
My computer has been having trouble remembering new things recently. Once I added the m.2, it was like the computer got a fresh new brain.
2gb for the price was great.
Very reliable.
Compatible with my older mobo from 2018
Inteface is very good as well

Good But Could Be Improved
This device for the most part does it's job well. It is pretty fast to transfer stuff. However, sometimes one or two large files will get corrupted and set to 0 bytes if the cord gets unplugged suddenly (which happens due to bumping into the cord).
