I love this product. The only thing I wish was that it had 2 USB-C ports so I can record and use it for livestreaming at the same time. I don't want to buy the extreme version which has 8 camera inputs as its an overkill for me. Otherwise, this is a great product for livestreaming. The PiP function via buttons is just a joke where it does not let me use the size I want.. I hope they fix this in future firmware updates.

This is a great switcher. I use for live streaming church services and I am more than pleased with the efficiency of this device. It switches between 4 cameras or HDMI devices, I use it with cameras and an NDI feed from my Mac and it does wonders. I can do lower this, picture in picture and even run macros using the included software. It works great and is definitely worth the price.

I had been eyeing the Mini for a long time and almost bought it a few weeks ago but decided to wait, and I'm glad I did. The Mini was discontinued and the Mini-Pro was reduced in price by $200 which was just enough of a reduction in price to make me buy. I own a lot of cameras. I hooked up four of them (Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II Mirrorless, Pentax K-70 DSLR, Nikon D3500 DSLR, Canon T2i DSLR) and then played around with it. I was impressed with how well it worked and more so by how well it accepted the old Canon T2i and low-end Nikon D3500. I was most impressed that I was able to record to an external drive connected to the USB port of the Mini-Pro and how it just kept on recording when one of the four cameras suddenly shut down (dead battery). This is going to be a lot of fun to play with.

The purchase was smooth and what motivated me the most was the possibility of fast delivery (next day) due to the urgency I had. The problem is that after 3 days of purchase I still haven't received the product and apparently it will take at least 3 more days, that is, I won't get the product in the time I need it. Disappointed.

This is an amazing piece of tech that makes streaming so easy. More audio controls and a headphone out would be nice, but there are workarounds for these issues. Overall, I am very pleased!

I like this encoder quite a lot - it is plug and play with my blackmagic cameras, and the switching / monitoring features are intuitive. I travel onsite for most of my work, so the fact that it is so lightweight and durable makes a huge difference. The control software however is not easy to use. The graphic overlay feature is especially time consuming. If Blackmagic does a major overhaul on the control software then I will have no complaints at all!

Upgraded from the ATEM Mini to the Mini Pro and found the difference is significant with the ability to preview all inputs. Used this for a live production and would not have been able to do it near as well with the older Mini.
