Really fast and OCR's Docs for editing /marking up. The only issue is that it pulls the documents in so fast it sometimes totally jams up the feeder, or scans the document and produces a low quality image. Otherwise very efficient and compact for travel when needed

Sometimes it won?t scan the legal papers if there are too many in a row but overall it does a good job. I scan a lot of documentd

I wish I had done this years ago. The 2700 is very reliable, I have had no issues and have scanned well over 2000 pages so far, 80% of which are duplex documents. Simple, easy, quick is how I would describe this product.

I love it. I had an old scanner and had to scan one page at a time. This multipage, double sided scanner is small, fast, efficient and easy to use. Also come with extra software. I love it. It come in handy in so many ways!

I purchased this to help my dad organize his business paper work and receipts. This has been my life savor. I highly recommend this scanner. It scans very quickly and sharp image. I love the receipt feature of how the program can analyze it. Not to mention the instal was super easy! I use it with my MacPro

Once connected, it is fantastic. Getting it connected wireless is a nightmare, unpredictable. One day it works, an hour later, no way... Machine says "connected", computer can't find it. Then it works out of the blue and is terrific from there out. Fix the connectivity and it would be six stars!

This scanner is very fast. Of note is the ease of installation on Windows 10. My prior scanner always had a problem with wireless network connectivity. The ADS-2700W connected to my WiFi network without a hitch. Brother also provides software that adds functionality to the scanner but I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. I highly recommend this scanner.

Great little machine. Glad I followed the recommendation from the reviews from PC mag. Beats the Xerox Duplex Combo Scanner that we bought over a year ago and had jammed from the start.

The setup for the scanner was very easy and I have it connected directly to my switch. It is extremely fast in scanning and all scanned items are clear. Great product.

Like many work from home has become the norm but I no longer have access to our scanner at work and needed something to scan work and personal documents. The Brother ADS-2700W has exceeded my expectations. It has a very small footprint when closed up but it able to handle documents of all sizes and at one time. It doesn't jam and is much faster than I expected. The software is straight forward to use and works well. Loving the product so far.

Do NOT consider buying the Brother ADS-2700W if you are working on macOS Big Sur and would like to have a WiFi connection to the scanner. It doesn't work won't work in future (stated by the Brother's tech support. Although I was checking whether a scanner works with a Mac OS when I was choosing the scanner to buy, I didn't come across explicit mentioning the ADS-2700W deficiency in supporting WiFi for the macOS Big Sur As an example, the Brother webpage for the ADS-2700W reads: ABOUT THE PRODUCT: "The ADS-2700W is compatible with Windows, Mac®; and Linux®; and TWAIN/SANE/WIA for PC drivers." Main Features: "Flexibility to integrate with your business processes/systems. Supports Windows®, Mac® and Linux® environments and TWAIN/SANE/WIA for PC drivers‡." It makes an impression of sneakiness and misleading advertising. The Brother Tech Support is mediocre: works by script and doesn't know the product. It took me at least an hour of conversation with two different representatives to find out that the scanner WiFi is not working with the Big Sur. Also I'd like to mention that the User Manual is not very helpful and, in my opinion, interface and set up looks like created 10 years ago and never revamped. I am quite disappointed because I purchased the ADS-2700W specifically because it had a wireless connection. Unfortunately it is not correct for the macOS Big Sur. Unfortunately it doesn't work with the macOS Big Sur.

Had a little trouble setting up the wireless connection but was finally successful. Love the convenience. Has helped eliminate a lot of the paper clutter around here. Love the two-sided scanning capability and the scan quality is pretty good. Would definitely recommend this product.
